Thanks for the reply. I litteraly just got an email from Donald thier CEO who suggested either the bank hadn't passed on the reference or I hadn't sleected the 'faster payment option' (not sure what this is). Anyway kudos to themf ro coming back to me.

Hi,

my experience is that the Intersango team normally is highly responsive to questions and they have great support.
Maybe you had bad luck and they were on holiday Smiley

Depositing money on intersango usually takes long time, I experienced 3 or more business days.

I understand Intersango have gone thorugh banking changes from HSBC to Lloyds. I was wondering what other users experiences in terms of the time it takes for deposits to be processed? Secondly, no one from Intersango seems to want to talk to me. Angry Tried Skype, Webchat, Email and the support ticket system and nothing. I'm getting abit concerned all is not well there. Anybody else had any issues>
