But they have no problem with this person offering this transfer service (up to $100 limit though):

It is a tormail address so I was suspicous. They do accept escrow though (BTCrow and Thrucoin). The fees aren't cheap, but they are the only game in town.

I'd rather wait for my check to clear than pay a 15% premium. I've got a political theory I've developed over the past month or so, that I intend to lay out in detail here. But not until I've placed my bets.
