I have a question.

I have a unique coin I want to launch.  There is nothing special about the coin, but the people who have it.   I work with a small country where they have no computers.  I would like to start a coin for them as they really don't use banks.  There is over 50,000 people.

How would I do this if they cant mine the coins and have no direct access to the internet to trade them?  Cell phones are few and far between.

This is a third world with lots of stealing money from people so if I can make it into a digital coin, that would help them.

Buddy there is no use in launching new coin . Because you said majority of the population cannot access internet. What is the use of the coin when majority of the people cannot access internet. Another thing , its really costly to launch a coin .You have to hire a developer for the project.Even if you finished launching a coin, you have to keep him for maintaining or doing updates of your coin.

Instead of creating a new coin why not adopt, one that is already existing and stable like Bitcoin and some other popular coins,it takes a lot of hardwork to create a new coin especially if you don't have a good knowledge in coding and setting up a website for your coin.

what is unique about your coins? unminable coins are not unique, if they have no internet the coins will be useless and pointless, because every coins out there need a connection to run, you can't run an altcoin without internet you can't do anything and cell phone without internet can't do anything too

Well, that's too bad for you where in your place don't have any internet access and few people had their own mobile phone its gonna be a big problem in your part. Because bitcoin was being used by the internet without it, its a big problem anyway. Smiley

No direct access to the internet and you can't do anything with your coin, or those people in your environment and it will be useless.

You have a unique coin but there's nothing special on it? Come on, all of their coins have their special features that attracts people to use and invest with it. If you are just targeting people who are living on third world country then that's the problem, you really need to consider the reason why you need to launch that coin if people there doesn't have the capacity to do so because they don't have equipment and mining rig on it.
