Nice catch. This review is unusually short compared with your other review. At bare minimum, people would expect you review about connection speed/latency (compared with no VPN and few competitor) and some of it's feature (e.g. whether the ad blocking actually works).

I see you have a very nice and detailed review for Aqua wallet, but I would suggest adding clear warning for users to check and store safely their seed words backup.
For cons you mentioned there, they are working on desktop app and hardware wallet integration, but meanwhile it's easy to move coins to Green or Jade hardware wallet.

This part is wrong since there's no encryption involved when creating Bitcoin transaction. There's no confidentiality since the amount, sender address and receiver address are known.

I didn't attempt it, but it should function as expected. Will try next time I use it. This is because without using it, you have to pinpoint the precise sweet spot near the iPhone's camera for it to work; otherwise, it won't function correctly.

As for the wallet, if you're considering placing the card in the card holder, I believe it won't fit with the sleeve. This is because it's approximately 1cm wider than the card, and most card holders are designed to be quite snug, typically accommodating just the cards. Cards with covers or sleeves like this one are often challenging to fit.

In the case of Bisq, I need to double-check, but my computer was at 100% for a considerable period, and the synchronization process already completed. I'll need to attempt it again to be sure.

- You're absolutely right about the account login issue, which is due to an overly aggressive cache. We will address this problem in the future. Anyway the user account dashboard is quite simple, as you can just unsubscribe/subscribe to the newsletter. You can unsubscribe also from the newsletter your receive in your inbox.

- While the number navigation is nice, it does have a somewhat dated feel. The 'infinite scroll' gives a more modern feel to the website I think.

- Currently, posting is limited to the members of the blockdyor team. However, we're exploring the possibility of accepting guest posts. Feel free to send us an email if you're interested.

- As for enabling comments, it's not in our immediate plans. Comment sections typically require moderation, and our resources are currently focused on creating high-quality content. Perhaps in the future, we'll revisit this.

your website is quite good, starting from the design and navigation, everything is well organized and i like it. however, there are things that you could consider improving a little;

- i found that at one time your website could take too long to load, it seems you need to optimize your server.
- the sign in section seems problematic, because when we have signed up and confirmed the email, we will be redirected to the website but when we click on the "account" section it will ask to sign in again and that takes a long time.
- using number navigation looks better on your website.
- will members be able to post on your website in the future?
- adding comment and reaction section is quite good for increasing interaction.

Keep in mind that ALL the links that I can find on this site from the reviews that link out to other sites are referral links.
AND if you signed up they have whatever other tracking information you gave them.

Not a big deal in the overall scheme of things, but for the people who are really concerned with their privacy and not being tracked just consider this a heads up.

I actually like your site and the content that you provide, because the articles are detailed and it contains some good information. Most of the other sites are just a re-hash of previous articles that are posted from other people's blogs or some AI generated content.

I like it when Bitcoin Blogs provide services that can be paid for with Bitcoin (like the one on the VPN) ... because I think sites like this should explore the opportunities for people to actually use their Bitcoin and not just to hoard it.

While Wordpress initially started as a blogging platform, it eventually expanded its mission to cover a wide range of functionalities. So, it seems that Wordpress lost a little bit of its soul to me. The admin panel and overall usability feels clunky, and the need to install dozens of plugins leads to increased lines of code, resulting in a larger attack surface and slower loading times.

Since the website mainly consists of static pages, I prioritized simplicity and speed. Consequently, you won't find social icons (you can find all the links in the contact page) or similar elements like widgets.

Actually the website has a free membership, so the sign-up/sign-in buttons are for registering/logging-in on the website. You just need an email, and the advantage is that you receive the new posts directly in your inbox (you won't get spammed).

I figure that you're not using WordPress it's the most popular blogging platform with thousands of free and premium templates and plugins you can create an astonishing blog, and blogs nowadays are using magazine type, so why not use WordPress?
Your blog is already good but it could still improve there are no social media widgets where visitors can share your blog on popular social media sites.

For years now, it is impossible to mine efficiently BTC and sha256d coins with a GPU. ASICs yeah, GPU is totally wrong.


You absolutely don't need a full node to be able to mine. You need an internet connection, an ASIC and a pool. The time of solo mining via Bitcoin Core is long dead and gone.


Unless you are talking about some very specific ASICs like Gekkoscience ASICs - which are more for "hobby" or home mining than everything else - a mining software is not necessary at all. CGminer or a forked version of cgminer is already present on all ASICs.


Without wishing to be unpleasant, I hope you've written the other articles with a better grasp of your subject.

This is the right category for this thread. The site looks great, it's great to see it full of articles and stories you all have written over the past few months. That shows some commitment, all too often, people post a news site or blog just a couple days after starting it, and it always fizzles out.
