Crypto Swap Exchange
At the moment, CoinPay24 offers custodial hot wallets, meaning that we securely manage the funds on behalf of our users.
In connection with @hugeblack's raised concern about conversion fees, it appears that the zero percent withdrawal fee for using your crypto wallet is inaccurate as well... It's showing a BTC0.00025 fee [roughly $17.5] while a high-priority transaction costs around 5 sat/vB only [roughly $0.5]! In addition to that, it appears to be a fixed fee, as opposed to a dynamic fee and lastly, the BTC0.0005 minimum withdrawal amount is somewhat high [not suitable for normal users]!

There are more claims, the service claims that there are more than 3000 active stores, but the number of reviews for the service on the Internet is ver limited compared to 11000 businesses and 500 thousand transactions. Searching the service archive shows that they are templates with no real activity.

The numbers presented are quite impressive, but if we look at "Google Search," there are few, if any, reviews about this site, making it difficult to verify if those numbers are accurate. I think OP should respond to the questions here since he created this thread. It’s only fair that inquiries are addressed regarding a new crypto wallet looking to introduce itself in the forum.

As posted by @hugeblack, this service is indeed KYC-compliant. Using the phrase "NO KYC required" in marketing is misleading because it's clearly stated in the TOS that state documents may be required for verification, which falls under KYC requirements.

I understand what you might have meant, but it’s better to avoid using specific phrases like "NO KYC required." Instead, you should clarify that KYC is not typically required but may be requested at certain times.

It's good that you didn’t put "NO KYC" in the title of the thread, as that would be very misleading. Please provide some explanation on this matter so we can fully understand and ensure that your business isn't misleading users with the "no KYC" wording.

🔐 Privacy-Focused (No KYC Required): We respect your privacy. With CoinPay24, there are no KYC requirements, ensuring anonymous transactions and protecting your users' data.

CoinPay24 claim that the service is Privacy-Focused (No KYC Required), but by reading the terms-of-service page I can quote the following:

Quote

Your age should allow you to provide an official state document identifying your identity.

CoinPay24 services may be subject to export control regulations in accordance with the laws of the country where you are located. By using CoinPay24 Services, you declare that you are not an individual or a legal entity that is an individual or a legal entity that is owned or controlled by individuals or legal entities that are:

The subject of any sanctions applied or applied by the US Treasury Department. The Foreign Assets Control Department, the US State Department, the UN Security Council, the European Union, Her Majesty’s Treasury, the Hong Kong Government, or any other government agency with jurisdiction over CoinPay24 or CoinPay24 Services;

So somehow there are restrictions on some countries and some individuals from using the service and KYC is required from them, however I did not find any registration data related to coinpay24.
You have a page on https://github.com/CoinPay24 but it does not have any code or open source.
You claim that the fees are only 0.3% but https://coinpay24.com/fees has a different fee of about 1%.

Hey CoinPay24, welcome to the forum!
I saw your site, and it seems your service is legit.  Those 0.3% transaction fees definitely caught my eye - way better than a lot of other crypto payment services I have seen.  But not requiring any KYC makes me kinda skeptic too.  I mean privacy is important but you gotta wonder if that opens things up for shady business, right? Unless you have some other security stuff Im missing and  would be good to know more details there.

That said, the white label thing sounds pretty useful.  Seems like it would make it simple for shops to take crypto payments without a lot of fuss.  So you got some good things going.  Just wish I understood more about the privacy angle and if things are locked down enough.  But yeah good luck with it! Excited to see where you go.

Hey, thanks for the welcome and for taking a look at CoinPay24!

We focus on offering low transaction fees and flexibility with privacy. While KYC isn’t required, we do provide it as an option for businesses that need it. Our priority is giving customers control over their privacy, but we maintain strict security measures, including encryption and regular audits, to ensure safe and compliant operations.

The white-label solution is designed to make crypto payments easy for businesses without extra hassle. If you have more questions about privacy or security, feel free to ask.

1. When exactly did you service start operating? It certainly is not 4 years old now, is it?
2. Lots of missing links on your site. Please add them or remove if unnecessary

Service announcement is a better fit for this thread. You can move it using the move topic feature at the bottom left.

The website design looks very good and there's definitely room for more payment gateways which are privacy focused.

Secure Integrated Wallets: Manage and store your funds safely with built-in wallets, designed with advanced security protocols to protect your digital assets.
Are the wallets non custodial?

However, we’re actively working on a new version of our platform that will include non custodial wallet options, giving users full control over their crypto assets. Stay tuned for updates on this exciting feature!
