With only 5 made and only 3 up for grabs these will go for a huge premium I am sure.

Im in, great looking coins and cool idea. Why only 3? Gonna be like the Hunger games on here, lol. Any hint on auction day?
Dane

I have other coins which are not smart contract but regular loaded coins that will be issued soon with a limit of only 21.

Why only 5 made for the smart contract coins? I was not planning to make any for sale but only for my personal collection.

They are time consuming to make, have to be precise and you have to have a coin maker with the understanding of what bitcoin is to make sure EVERYTHING is accurate!

Each coin is unique in the front and the back.

So i went from only doing 1 coin to doing 5, and I figure I would auction the 3 thru 5 for other collectors to be able to own one.

Need to get things organized at my end but hopefully in a few days.

I am also awaiting for the pamphlets to arrive as well.

They are definitely amazing is there any chance you can make some gold series ..?

I would love to do Gold...BUT...the coins have to be 2.5 inches to accommodate my 2 inch holograms and IF I could find a coin maker to make 5 or 10...then maybe...but that is hard to find

Maybe you can ask OGnasty, I have seen that he makes coins from 2 , 4 to 10 ounces of gold.  it would be very interesting to have a few of yours in gold.
by the way the idea of only being able to use the BTC BTC until 2030 is great

Very cool! We need more...

Was also asked by another member...the following

Quick question: obv things change, but will these auctions be used to gauge interest in further related coin releases, or is this likely a one time thing?

Probably...For the series of the 20,000 Satoshi...these 5 will be only ones ever made.

Will I make more Timelocked coins? Time will tell as these were not cheap to be made. So depending on how things go, the future goes.

I just love smart contract things, like my the stamps I made, so I said, why not coins?

Casascius did the first loaded coin...so I had to make the first smart contract time  coins. Wink

The front of the coin is mostly all code..which is what bitcoin is.

On the back I placed a quote from the creator Satoshi which I think is appropriate to honor him for all that he has given us.

Introducing for the first time ever a Smartcontract Timelock coin by Cypher Hodl!

Each stainless steel coin is 2.5 inches in diameter and is the first of its kind to be a smart contract time locked coin!

In the front you will find the raw hexadecimal code surrounding the Cypher Satoshi figure. This code would need to be broadcast on the

bitcoin blockchain on or after the 1st January 2030 in order for the coin to be loaded with the 20,000 Satoshi.

If your not up to typing in that long hexadecimal code that is 383 characters long, you will also be able to scan the code from a QR located

in the back of the pamphlet that comes along with your coin. And if you happen to lose that you will also find the same QR code for the timelock

code lasered onto the coin under the hologram as well. Wink

Here you can find a video of the hologram as well. Also you will notice the size of the coin compared to a US quarter.

        https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=9FSVbccFZao

I only made 5 of these beautiful coins as I was not sure if anyone would be interested in such coins.  Wink

Out of the 5 made, 1 and 2 will be forever as part of my collection.

Numbers 3 thru 5 will be auctioned off to the highest bidders at future date!

Own a part of Bitcoin history...Casascius was the first loaded coin, Cypher Hodl was the first smart contract timelocked coin!!
