Welcome and good luck to you. Seems like Ebay is a good reseller network also.

An independent miner.

I'm an independent miner in So. Cal.

I get walloped with a pretty hefty bill from Edison every Month so my mining rig is modest. I can reliably throw in about 1Mh/s scrypt and have been mining LTC since April 1st and FTC since it's launch.

I'm a big fan of FTC because I love the community.  The dev is keeping on top of things and the coin has had respectable trade value for such a young coin.

I haven't yet mined SHA-256, but I will start when BFL delivers my Little Single 30GH/s device pre-ordered at the beginning of March.  That will be a lot of fun. I intend to keep my existing rig pointed at FTC and perhaps mine a little LTC on occasion.  I'm currently fond of the WeMine network of pools and support them just about 24/7.  I primarily trade on BTC-e and intend to sell some coin on eBay in the future.

Thanks for checking me out.  I'm finding mining and trading to be very fun and rewarding.  I very much look forward to a day when I can pay for my groceries, get a car wash or purchase just about anything else with crypto.  Cheers.

Good luck from a noob, even though I already invested a big part of my wealth in btc. Yes I know the risk and all... well, the hell with it!
Just one advice: be aware of the difference between speculating (short term trading) and investing (long term trading). You might want to do one but not the other. =)

Be careful who you sell to.  Most fiat payment methods are reversible.  With bitcoin, once it's sent it's gone.  bitcoin-otc can help you with the trust issue if you can grok it.
