For the last 20 years, our website has been the “go-to” place for people worldwide interested in poker to learn

this is my first time to read about poker.com.
the first thing that I am thinking about poker.com is your domain.
you have a premium domain.
the price of your domain itself may have a higher value than most of small-medium crypto gambling site here  Grin

I can't play poker, but you state that your site is a "go-to" place for people who are interested to learn poker.
is it because you have a freeroll? or do you have any guides about poker?

also, I can't access your site from Indonesia. although some members on the first page can easily access your site.
I've tried to use VPN (Singapore, US, and Germany), but still can't open it.

You have said that you are offering a fair and competitive rake structures, may I know the structures of your rake so I can also check whether it
really offers a competitive rake as I am going to compare it to the one that I am currently using now.

If I can see that there is a big difference from your rake structures to what I am currently using, I will definitely transfer to your platform if I
can see that it is safe also to use and there are no bots that are lurking around to steal our money.

I once played there, but left because the interface was changed after the update and I was tired of figuring out what was going on. In addition, for the first two days after that, their server constantly crashed and I could not enjoy the game to the full.

Why did you give Bump to this old and inactive thread?
Do you really even play their?
If you are a true Gambler and want to play poker, then avoid these type of websites.
Better go for trusted ones.
And if possible don't also try to use any your essential information on the site.
They may phish your account details too.
There are many Gambling sites with good reputation present here, spend your time there.
OP is not also active now, though its a website for poker revie that also includes ads and not so popular poker casino. There are many casino reviews now but this website mainly focus in poker that may help those into poker since they have tournament listing just don't put unnecessary details if will be ask. I don't read reviews that much in different websites as I prefer to search here in forum and see which sites is better in playing.

The site that was being introduced is not an actual gambling site, it is just one of the poker review site. Basically, you cannot play or you don't need to avoid this type of website. There will be no information being taken as there will be no information being provided or given to them. You are asking him if he ever played in that site even though you didn't even visit yourself.

Have you really checked or visit the site Poker.com? I guess not just because it isnt really a gambling site but rather review site in all possible poker platforms that we do have right now.
So your reply is completely irrelevant and off-topic and its clear that you do really make out some post without even trying out which really makes you look dumb.
On topic reply where poker.com is a nice site but i just really that much on the feeling that this domain should really be make used on a real or sole poker platform
not only just a review site. What a waste of domain name!

Seems that he is referring to another poker site.  Tongue And the domain name is like premium one, so they should really make good use of it so I feel you about that. And the OP is not active for so many months. So I don't know if they will read suggestions here.

They gained traffics for the business from the domain that they've used, players / gamblers will think that this site is a house of poker game only to realized that it's isn't and just more on review  site to other known poker house to get referrals, for sure owner's enjoying the luxuries of getting hits and traffics from gamblers who visited the sites.

Part of business strategy, why facilitate gambling house that's needed a lots of works and investment if you can run something like this which also converting money for you.

Site looks good and Ive been searching for a new poker room since sportsbet.io has removed theres.
Good feedback in here too so see you at the tables.

Why don't you try SwC, or even bet join our bitcoin talk private series! https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/4-bitcointalk-poker-series-swc-poker-006-btc-big-btc-ticket-by-swc-5271735 This Sunday is the last game, you can't do much with just one game (like get a seat in the grand finale or runner-up tournament), but you can get some lottery tickets and more important you can join and see it for yourself how awesome Sunday games we have!

I once played there, but left because the interface was changed after the update and I was tired of figuring out what was going on. In addition, for the first two days after that, their server constantly crashed and I could not enjoy the game to the full.

Yes, it refers me to GG poker! When I opened poker.com I saw some nice promotions, when I click for promotion it take me to GG poker for registration.
As Mahanton says, poker.com is just a review site, and what's interesting when you click Top Poker Sites not all of them accepts crypto! 888. bet365, party poker are all fiat sites, definitely good sites, but they don't accept crypto! I never tried GG poker, I saw some talk about it here and there, but didn't pay more attention on them. Before I played on Betonline, I don't know why I quit playing there, it was a long time ago!I never saw anything about ignition casino and tiger gaming, that's new for me, maybe I will check them these days!

your site is blocked in my country (maybe this is the reason why I just heard the name of this gambling site even though poker.com is already 20 years old)..  I have to use VPN to open it.  Welcome on this forum (because your site account in this forum is still Newbie)  Smiley

You have to make it obvious to the forum because it's very difficult for someone to understand the person in particular you are referring to, if I may ask, is possible for a particular websites to block a specific country not to have access to their websites which without changing IP address  by using VPN you won't be authorised  to access their database or website, because stating all these I taught it doesn't exist. Shall I really more light about these information because anyone thats not informed are totally deformed, so therefore I really wants to be filled with positive information.

Just a few tournaments and no more freerolls.

Are you out of money?  Grin

Any promotions has its own funds limit, owner should also take a look at its effectiveness of the freeroll. If it is not effective promotion, even though they still have much money then they will not continue it. If you are a real poker player, you will not really care about freeroll as long as there are still many active tables to play.

Silly newbie coming out from nowhere.
If you're just looking for free games the I suggest to download on the playstore. Every new platforms has a few tournaments at first so it's basically a common sense.
Thanks for your stupid advice. It explains everything. Appreciate it.
No worries, I'm just right here to answer questions especialy if it's a stupid questions. I understand that some newbies are so dumb at first.

I have a question regarding your Daily Million Satoshi Freeroll. Do you have any wagering requirements for withdrawing the money won in the free rolls? The thing is that some sites have it and others don't, and I haven't managed to find the answer to my question neither in the FAQ, nor in the TERMS & CONDITIONS on your site.

Hello,

We currently have no play thru requirements when winning Millions freeroll.  Free means free at Poker.com

Regarding the current volume of traffic we are only in our first week of launch, so we can't ask for much more as we get our brand and story out to the community.

Just over the last couple of days we appeared in the media in the following publications:
Gambling911.com
Affiliate Insider

Thanks for the questions and checking out the site.

Don't miss our Million Satoshi Freeroll which starts at 6pm ESST or 10pm GMT.

Regards,

Niall, Poker.com

hi, is this rule still valid. I have some satoshis at my account, but i cant withdraw because of play through requirements. also i cant play because there is no one to create a table with 4+ players. Should i wait for later improvements or give up hope?

This is strange...that I have never heard about Poker.com room before... taking into consideration the name and URL.
This is exactly what I was thinking, how have I not heard of them with a domain like that? ...
Probably parked domain up for grabs that are worth millions for someone who wants to buy...

For sure is worth millions.

https://www.igamingbusiness.com/news/pokercom-domain-sale

Pretty strange that such an insane costly domain name was lying around unused or was used so badly that nobody has ever heard of them  Cheesy.

Luckily now Poker.com is (let's hope  Wink) in better hands and we will see big success with the poker room and casino under this catchy name.

Going back to the poker.com poker room itself, not enough traffic is for sure an issue. I wanted to play few hands to try out, but after a fast look on the cash tables, I found only one Texas Holdem table with 3 players, by the second, was only one player sitting around and waiting for action. Additionally, it was a player from the first table, so the count was only 3 players in total. Disaster, taking into consideration that it was Saturday at 4 PM.

Of course, I will try tomorrow to play the freeroll to test it out, but my suggestion is to maybe hire poker props and they will create more traffic and action.

This is strange, but I have to be honest and admit, that I have never heard about Poker.com room before and I know almost all of them or at least I have heard the names a couple of times before.

Not only never heard about the poker room, but also I didn't know about the educational page from poker.com, which is pretty strange taking into consideration the name and URL.

I wonder why I haven't ever seen it in google searches or other poker-related pages, forums, advertisements, taking into consideration how old the domain is?

I like your poker room and I like these daily freerolls very much because lately there is a lack of freerolls in poker rooms where I am able to play.

This is always nice to play a cash game and a freeroll on the second table  Wink.
This is exactly what I was thinking, how have I not heard of them with a domain like that? You'd think they'd be one of the biggest around by now. I'm guessing this domain was held for a while and finally just bought but it must have cost a fortune. Makes you feel like some serious people are behind this though.

Probably parked domain up for grabs that are worth millions for someone who wants to buy. Premium domains like this one are worth thousands to millions which is for sale in the registrar like godaddy. If you bought domain like this, it means you have a deep pocket in the industry that aimed to kill competitors. This poker.com can easily put the top-ranked poker websites in the backseat.

Poker.com is the most premium the domain for poker website in my opinion. I visit your website last year since my previous team that planning IEO are talking about purchasing your website and optimizing there own poker software.

By any chance, is there Andreas H that contacting you before about purchasing/partneship your domain? They suddenly disappear last year without giving me notification about the status of the project. We are supposed to be doing IEO this year and most of our requirements are already prepared including license.

Hi Guys,

We are so appreciative of the very kind reviews and amazing suggestions!  I hope everyone takes the time to try the Daily Million Freeroll (Yes its free to enter). Next one is tonight at 6pm EST or 10pm GMT.  We keep getting asked is there a 'catch' to any prize payouts?  No, free is free at Poker.com and if you win you can cash out immediately as some members have mentioned.

Answers below to more of your questions...

Blind levels are little bit shallow (6 minutes are not good enough make it at least 10), I know you will say its free roll but these small things makes the difference.

This is a great suggestion, and we have acted on it.  We have made the later Million Freeroll 10 minute blinds (6pm EST or 10pm GMT), and keeping the Early Bird version (8am EST or Noon GMT) at 6 minute blinds.  Let's see what the players think.

What is that pBUX and how do you use it? I got just a few pBUX point after getting registered there for free

We launched pBUX with the intent of offering free, alternative chips to all players upon registration.  We are busy working away on a first usage for pBUX where players can win bitcoin without any risk.  We hope to have something next week, please stay tuned.

But the main trouble I have encountered, while playing it shows only mBTC not USD, it would be more attractive and easier to play if it showed the value of USD.

This USD view is a great idea, we just weren't sure how many would find it helpful (we know its at least one).  Please keep the feedback coming we are listening!

fyi... we offer instant anonymous secure poker where only an email address is required to play, deposit, and withdraw.

Thanks and keep the great feedback coming!

Best,

Niall, Poker.com

I played 0.01 bitcoin free roll and secured 2nd place. I have requested a 0.00194 bitcoin cash out which is currently pending. I will leave detailed review after getting my cash out as I have some suggestions for OP.
I confirm that I got my cash out with some bonus. Here is my promised review;
Since of they are using the same platform used by nitrogensports, most serious crypto poker players are already familiar with it. Great promotional free roll is going on. Blind levels are little bit shallow (6 minutes are not good enough make it at least 10), I know you will say its free roll but these small things makes the difference. There is no option of seeing your stack in form of big blinds. Notes making on player should color the whole avatar of the player not just a small sticky. Deal making should be available at final table.
Over all the platform looks good and any one who is interested should give it a a try with free roll.

That's nice, I'm a Big fan of Poker games, it seems this platform is really cool, after seeing positive review I opened an account and got 500 pBUX. But I can’t play with pBUX cause there are no players on pBUX section. I'll definitely try with BTC.

Experimentally I have played the Bitcoin Poker game, everything looks good, Minimum deposit is 0.5mBTC that’s really reasonable.  But the main trouble I have encountered, while playing it shows only mBTC not USD, it would be more attractive and easier to play if it showed the value of USD. There is a cashier, Depositing and Cash-Out system is pretty much fast.
Overall, I liked it.

By the way,
pBUX is their own chips, you can use pBUX to play pocker. There are two currency for playing poker, mBTC & pBUX.
What is that pBUX and how do you use it?

You could explain some more about the details in the thread when you are advertising something you will need a higher a rank or a cooper membership so you can easily post some images in your posts. however I'm wondering about the domain name. It's just way too unique. I guess if you bought that kind of domain name you can easily buy a copper membership and make your article look better than this.

Its a very old domain, bitcoin doesn't exist yet when he got the domain but I guess he recently just decide to accept BTC now that his team saw the potential.  Its almost not needed but promoting here in the forum with a signature campaign will get this site to be more popular and will also keep the competition tight.

that was exactly what I wanted to know!

if it existed before and decided to accept bitcoin, for me, in my humble personal opinion, is a big win!

it means that adoption is continuing Smiley and is good for ours vision about bitcoin

If there is one poker site that would rank above the searches in poker, this would probably beat the rest. I'd be more interested to join as an affiliate because of that 50%. I wonder how many of the people are promoting this on their website.

Just registered to affiliates.poker.co.ag: seem nothing to see there, no banners but only tracker.

agree.. very nice premium domain
i want to try affiliates too, but my advice is always one.. keep honest and do some contest or signature campaign on this forum
we are all players Cheesy

QUESTION: since when do you accept bitcoin?

Its a very old domain, bitcoin doesn't exist yet when he got the domain but I guess he recently just decide to accept BTC now that his team saw the potential.  Its almost not needed but promoting here in the forum with a signature campaign will get this site to be more popular and will also keep the competition tight.

I played 0.01 bitcoin free roll and secured 2nd place. I have requested a 0.00194 bitcoin cash out which is currently pending. I will leave detailed review after getting my cash out as I have some suggestions for OP.
Any winning is sweet and when it's from free money then it's sweeter :-D

To add up it do also suggest other top poker sites as what you have mentioned but you also missed out "betonline.ag"
I really thought that this one is indeed a poker site but we're wrong because it do redirect people to /poker.co.ag
There are few more if I am not wrong but the point was that they are adverting for those casinos, or we can say that they are recommending those sites and it's understandable that everyone wants to take the piece of the traffic they get from the search engine.

It looked extremely suspicious at first. How could he have called all-in with 59o unless he knew the outcome beforehand?! Those were my first thoughts, but then, couple of minutes later, I remembered that such things happen in poker, and that I'd been in his position, and not only once. Smiley

Good game, overall. I'll try tomorrow again.
There need to be a reason that bad players try to win against you. This is completely in contrast to chess, because there is no luck involved. But sure if you know that the other chess player is better you will never llay against this person for money. People make bad moves in poker. In one game the Opponent goes all-in with over 200bb with 27o. You can see such bad Plays as some Kind of extra-rake we have to pay sometimes.

Today I played in the Daily Million Satoshi Freeroll. It was all good at first, and I found myself on the 5th place 30 minutes after the start.

But then something strange happened. I'd got pocket Qs, and responded with all-in to the Kingsfull's 1,222 raise. He called

He called, and I was glad to see that he had small chances of beating me with his 59o. But what happened next killed me.

It's the first time I learn about this website as well.
Op, you should make an Announcement thread with screenshots and stuff, so that it looks more standard (just see how others do it). And you are making quite strong claims. Like, for instance, this one:
Quote
World's Best Poker Site!
As the most trusted poker brand in the industry, it is our mission to offer the most honest, fair, and entertaining place to play online poker anywhere. Thank-you for choosing the World's Best Poker Site!
I think such words should be supported by proofs, especially since you don't seem to be as popular as you suggest (at least, not on this forum). The domain name is great, but obviously not enough to make the community trust this website and choose it over different ones. I also wonder why poker.com is sort of a general website with information and stuff but the real playing goes on a different website (poker.co.ag)

It's so nice to see you here. It was always curious for me to know who owns domain poker.com and why isn't it under pokerstars management (I guess they crave that domain).
Please can you tell us a little bit more about your team? What's your main aim? Without doubt domain is exclusive and I appreciate that poker.com is connected to bitcoin. I checked alexa rank and it's 830k, too sad.
Do you own domain poker.co.ag ? Or just are affiliated with it? Btw I was unable to find any video linked to these domains. Seems website was left without attention for decades.
Why were you in silence for these years? Do you had offers from top poker companies?

Hope you'll answer these questions and will be more opened.
Btw wish you good luck.

The above dates are correct, we launched Poker.com in 1998 and it continues to be owned and operated by poker industry veterans.  The site was established
long before any of today's poker sites existed.  We have many exciting things on the horizon, stay tuned.
Hello Niall,
Now it makes sense to me. This is a prime example of utilizing the organic traffic a site receives from search engine. I bet a lot of poker companies want to place their brand with you and they are ready to pay you good amount for that just to get some traffic of your site.

Thanks to .com bubble :-D

By the way, feel free to get in touch with me if you need any suggestion/advice regarding the forum environment. Try to stay active in the forum and I can assure you that you will find a lot of advertising offer on your site. This place is full of gamblers and casino's love this place. Whoever has poker in their casino they will surely want to use your site for advertising.

See you around.

Welcome to the forum, Poker.com

I visited your site that looks good but your ANN thread has bad designed. I suggest you to build it up better. It is unprofessional to run a site with such a boring ANN thread. If you are interested with my suggestion, you can find some good designers in the Services child board.
There are some designers but I suggest you to:

Of course, please give me a few words to advertise my thread too. Casino observations (Campaigns, Promotions, New games, New tournaments). As you can see from the title, you can give me details to update new things on your casino, I am glad to do that for legit casinos.

As an author of the ANN thread, I advise you to buy a Copper Membership to display images in your posts. Newbies can now pay a small fee to enable images. Read that thread and make sure you wear the Copper Member title after buying it. By default, you will not wear it.
Once you have it, you get the choice:

Stay safe and good luck with your business.

Great. Now I can expect they'd be promoting their casino soon, looks like there will be a bigger player around in the forum.

ooooh nice premium domain.

Just registered to affiliates.poker.co.ag: seem nothing to see there, no banners but only tracker.

First of all, welcome aboard and we look forward to a long profitable relationship.  We have a range of banners being produced as we speak and should be live in the system in the coming days.  In the meantime, feel free to use screenshots or graphics from our website.  We like the blue table shot Smiley

Blue will be good. I'll check the banners if there is something that will blend to my website.  What about withdrawing, will poker.com not ask KYC in withdrawing BTC?

Hi guys,

Thanks so much for taking the time to read about our launch and checking out the newly launched poker games.  Please don't forget to register in the
daily million satoshi freerolls as they are completely free to enter (and since we just launched fields are tiny, so great value for you!)

Here we will try to answer some of your questions as best we can! (Please keep them coming)

I got a 500 pBUX registered balance. so, What is pBUX500 and how to use it?

pBUX is our name for play-money chips (we will work on some other uses in future)

I would like to know if they are going to implement free tournaments and whoever wins the championship gets some prize in mBTC. Just like they did at betcoinpoker, it's a great way to start off on the right foot.

Yes, the daily Millions are running twice daily at 6pm EST (Americas)  and 10pm GMT (Rest of World)

I have a feeling that this is a very serious site and been around from long time.

Just checked out your site on my mobile and am absolutely loving the design though I observed some issues which need to be resolved asap.

- Tried accessing the FAQ section, but it redirected me to some other section

- Could not click on the options at the bottom of the page( Contact etc)

Our Tech team have tried to click FAQ as you did, but can't replicate the issue.  If you have any problems using our products we have operators standing by in Live Chat, please feel free to speak with them.

We are glad you are enjoying the site.  There is no wagering requirement for any money you win in the Satoshi Freeroll.  Everything we do is upfront don't worry.  Free means free at Poker.com

Do we have to go with some kyc procedure for verification and sending our documents or not?

We offer instant anonymous poker where only an email address is required to play, deposit, and withdraw.

Thanks and keep the questions coming!

Best,

Most of the gambling sites are accessible by most of the countries byt the rest is they are ban of playing any gambling activities like in online. I hope that when I to go to the poker.com I can go to the site without any problems.

Hi, Poker.com! Welcome to the forum!

I registered today on the site(was 40 minutes late for the "Daily Million Satoshi Freeroll", but it's okay, I'll play it tomorrow. Smiley ), and I must say, it's a nice looking site you have there.

The fact that you can play entirely via your browser is a big plus for me, because I usually don't like downloading anything from newly appeared sites.

I should say that you've got a premium domain but looking at the forum of your casino, it's recently made. How long you've been owning poker.com?

You own the domain name but your site is not a poker site except you are just affiliated with some poker sites such as:
https://poker.co.ag/en/
Clicking the play poker directed me to this website. I guess because of the premium domain, they are gathering traffic to transfer with those other websites.

I'm just a noob really to online gambling and poker game and I haven't come across this site when I try to learn poker looking up some articles. Do check the domain it was really created 1998 and updated just recently, I think those baby boomers know these more than these millennials. Does the site been out for a very long time?

Welcome to the forum! I believe this topic will be your main announcement page? Good thing you turn into this forum and you did accept crypto as a payment option. Does the site will only focus on poker game or will you be dynamic ranging you have a lot of competitors on the online gambling industry especially on a poker game and people here do have preferences of sites earlier to be established than yours? You have SwC, Sportsbet, etc., and more established sites that gain some trust here.

It is a very comfortable interface, I like its graphics and I also have the same doubt with the 500pBUX, can I imagine that they can be redeemed to play in the moments that they have configured? I would like to know if they are going to implement free tournaments and whoever wins the championship gets some prize in mBTC. Just like they did at betcoinpoker, it's a great way to start off on the right foot.

If you read the whole main post carefully or you have visited the website then you'll have found the answer of your question. It is clear that they are offering 1million satoshi freeroll on daily basis. Today's freeroll will start in 4 and a half hours. If you like freeroll then register and account then register for the freeroll.
