I want to post about xpub keys (HD Wallets) in the app.

Some wallets like Trezor, and Electrum give access to correct extended public (xpub) keys, and others like Ledger give an xpub but its not formatted correctly and does not map to correct address space. Other wallets like BRD, and Jaxx dont give you access to xpub keys at all.

If your addresses start with 1 then you should put in key stat starts with xpub
if your addresses start with 3 (segwit) then your key should start with ypub
if your addresses starts with bc1 (bech32 segwit) then your key should start with zpub

Its a good idea to make sure your next address(In walletBouncer app) matches your regular wallet next address to make sure you have the correct address space mapped before you receive BTC into that address.

Some wallets dont adhere to above format, but there is always a way to get the correct extended public key by using a tool like https://github.com/iancoleman/bip39
if anyone needs help, open a ticket at www.walletbouncer.com under support.

walletBouncer will support extended public keys with incorrect version bits. Now you can register almost any xpub and walletBouncer will determine what the address scheme is. You should be able to register the xpub keys from the Ledger (and others) for segwit addresses that start with xpub.

We will announce when this is ready.  Shouldnt be long, and shouldnt require new app download.

walletBouncer can now convert your extended public keys. So if your using a wallet that displays the extended public key with the incorrect version bytes (xpub, ypub, zpub) the app will convert it while scanning for balances.

Also, if anyone is interested in reviewing the app, we have some promo codes available for premium in-app upgrade.  DM me if interested.  (Android version not available yet)

The website is fine working for me now, this developement area is something new for me (have no knowledge about it before). I would like to discuss many details but as a newbie user. May be i will use the website support or start a new topic here in bitcointalk foum.

Who said most BTC users use android? And why should it matter?
This was mentioned by the OP himself as it is the reason why he will lunch the android version of the app.

I don't think you understood what the app does.
Yess, i was a little bit confused about it; i thought it's a btc wallet.
As always, you correct me Smiley

I just got word that the issue has been resolved.  Again, thank you for your feedback.
It's working now. Smiley

The website can't be reached.
Seems the website's server IP adress could not be found.
I used three browsers.
Working fine here.

If most btc users have android platform, why did you start with app store?
Who said most BTC users use android? And why should it matter?

Why should i pay for premium membership in order to get new addresses? Looks that users will not have access for their private keys. Right?
I don't think you understood what the app does.

This app does not have access to private keys, and it cannot sign transactions (or spend bitcoin).

The app does 24/7/365 monitoring of mempool for any transactions on your wallet, and it notifies you (email/text) as soon as it sees any. It does this besides displaying real-time balances.  The Monitoring is server side so this happens even if the app or your phone is off. With Premium level you can monitor more than 1 wallet in the app.

I hope the community finds this useful, I know I do.  Please post or DM if you have questions.
If someone cannot get to website, please DM me, it should be available globally.

The app is crashing immediately after I try to log in. Already confirmed my email and can't open it anymore (on iOS 12).

Thank You for letting us know.  We are aware of an issue that should be resolved shortly.  I will post when its fixed.

We have released version 2, which has more features in it. Its now a watch-only style wallet.
Users can now view wallet balances, and still get notifications on any activity (Even if the phone or app is off)
If you register your xpub (Like from Trezor) the wallet can also track all future transactions, and
there is also a way to get your next receive address(with QR Code) for HD wallets. So users can receive BTC into their wallet (Like Trezor, and other HD wallets) without needing access to the actual HD wallet. (Leave your hardware wallet in the safe, and still receive funds).

walletBouncer
Available on Apple App Store (https://itunes.apple.com/us/app/walletbouncer/id1369626879?mt=8)
We have development working on www, and android version, but not ready yet.

The software is currently available and working on Apple platform.  We understand that many Bitcoin users are android users, and we are working to release the android version ASAP, although we dont have an ETA yet.
You should definitely link your app's AppStore link to your site then. Tongue

To answer your other question, many wallets apps allow for monitoring offline wallets, but this is unique in that it operates as a server side service, monitoring the Bitcoin Mempool, and blockchain 24/7, and notifies you out-of-band.  In other words, you don't need to have the app running to be notified, and it supports Push Notifications, SMS Texts, and Emails as notifications.
Fair enough. In my opinion if you want to defeat your competitors you're going to need more features than that though.

I really can't say anything for now as it looks like the software/service isn't ready yet.

I have to ask though, how is this "bitcoin wallet monitoring service" different from Sentinel's[1] wallet watchlist feature?

Announcing a new way to keep an extra eye on your Bitcoin cold and hot wallets. walletBouncer announces availability of its Bitcoin Wallet Monitoring Service. Available on iPhone and iPad as free download on Apple app store.  We are still working on Android, and Desktop version.

This is my most recent project.  I wanted the community to know that we use encryption to protect our members privacy, so walletBouncer does not have access to its members public addresses that are registered with the service.  The service is free for monitoring a single address, and if you want to monitor more(up to 250), a premium subscription is available.  As a thank you to the community, I am offering a few free promo codes for free premium subscription.  Please DM me, while supplies last.
