Welcome to the forum. I think you would be better off staying far away from ICO's and maybe invest in something more stable. "Airdrops" are just another hook that these ICO marketers use to make people think they are getting something for nothing. The developers, who many times turn out to be scammers, need to keep maximum hype going in the short time that they can deceive people. Good luck and make sure you do plenty of research.

Sup. Good choice on deciding to join conversations instead of learning. I'm sure some people would appreciate what your views on things are.

Anyway, on to the airdrops method instead of ICOs. I personally prefer the airdrops route, since you literally don't have to invest anything to get a share of the coins. You know how some ICOs are, whereas they only exist just to grab the offerings of the people and run with it. I'm not saying ICOs are bad though, as I think ICOs are better in terms of funding certain projects. It's just that I think most ICOs are getting too much offerings than the amount they needed to decently function and they're so much shitty ICOs out there that I only somewhat trust a very small number of all the ICOs we have now.

Hi all, I just wanted to make a brief thread saying hello.  I have been a long time reader of BTT but I never cared to post.  Now that I think the ICOs could take a turn and start using the new airdrop route I somewhat have to posts to join in.  Pros and cons to everything i suppose.  I just wish had had been posting on here when i was buying BTC through localbitcoin years back.  Nonetheless, I look forward to engaging in constructive conversation with people.  Possibly even making new friends.  I would love to hear some thoughts on what you guys/girls think about all the new Airdrops.
