Welcome to bitcointalk, hope you have a thick skin or else you're not going to hang around here.  There are some good people here, but they are far outnumbered by the scammers and retards.  Often times you can't tell who is who.  So don't trust anyone and I would suggest just doing some reading first.  And Hopefully that isn't your real name.

that should cover a lot of info for you about the forum and bitcoin in general , but if you have any specific questions that you can't find in those intro threads you can use the search function or make a post in the beginners and help forum subsection found at https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?board=39.0 or just post it right in here is really fine too if you can't find what info you're looking for - you can also message individual members in threads of interest to you most people will be helpful (replies may vary)

Hi. Great to have a new member!
There's a a section on the forum for begginers: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?board=39.0 where you can put your questions.
If you have doubts you can always go to this section and get plenty of help
