Hi
noticed that the site btgexp.com after entering the address for a long time responds.
btgexplorer.com the answer is fast.
Tried through vpn, did not help
in the settings of the ledger there is a point of changing the source of the block, but it can not be changed.
on those addresses that you made on the pool, the balance is correct

Honestly, it's most likely just a syncing issue...

And could likely be the fact that you have 6 accounts... and no doubt hundreds (if not thousands) of transactions as it looks like you're mining BTG into your Ledger. It's probably the API calls either timing out or "stopping" because of the large amount of transactions/data that need to be returned when looking up all your transactions.

Normally, I'd suggest trying to connect with Electrum, but this is BTG... and the "ElectrumG" that the BTG devs put out (https://bitcoingold.org/electrumg-spv-bitcoin-gold/) doesn't support hardware wallets at the moment Undecided Additionally, you'd need to create a wallet per account... it wouldn't be possible to have all 6 accounts in one wallet.

You already mentioned you were "tired of talking with Tech support", but I suspect they are likely to be the only ones who can help... Undecided

Did you get this address from the "Receive" tab?

Yes

If so, is this an address you just got today? Or is it an address you got prior to the issue starting?

I understood you. the example was with the address new.
Here is the one on which there were transactions from the pool
but the balance in the LEDGER  does not match btgexplorer.com

in my purse, varies from 78 to 128 BTG from synchronization to synchronization

I took the addresses from the Receive tab.

Sorry for my English. translate.google.com (((

Where are you getting that address from? Is it the address you gave the pool or is it just an addresses from the "sign message" drop down list in Ledger Wallet?

this address was created by "Ledger". But at the time of creation he was different. It was the first I received and entered into the pool.
Yesterday I tried to synchronize several times through the application reset.
Each time a different balance. Then less then more, then back less
Yesterday, transactions appeared before April 15, but not all. the next synchronization was lost.

What HCP meaned (i think) is where did you get the address from? Did you click on 'receive' in your ledger application?
Did you also confirm the address on your nano s?

It is kind of strange that the balance is changing each time you reset the application data.
It seems like the ledger server are working to capacity at the moment. Quite a few people have network/syncing issues currently.

Edit: Obviously i was too slow Cheesy At least i was correctly interpreting HCP's question  Tongue

I think that I was not quite specific enough. Where exactly within the "Ledger Bitcoin Wallet" app did you get that address from?

Did you get this address from the "Receive" tab?

If so, is this an address you just got today? Or is it an address you got prior to the issue starting?

If you just got the address today, it isn't really surprising that it has no transaction history. Ledger will give you an "unused" address when you use the Receive tab to try and prevent address re-use. Do you have a record of any other addresses that you've used? Can you get the address that you gave the pool and check that on btgexplorer.com etc?

Or did you get it from the "sign message" dropdown list?

In which case, that address list is not always ordered in the sequence that Ledger will display addresses when you click "receive"... so it might be that the top address you see, is actually address #40 and hasn't been used, which could explain why there is no transaction history.

In any case, if you got an address from the Ledger, and gave it to people or services to send coins to... any coins sent should be *safe*... It is most likely just an issue with the BTG network and/or the Ledger API not syncing properly.

They don't currently have anything listed on the status page here: http://status.ledger.fr/pages/5a4c9f706fbc5823d37bed62 or on the history page here: http://status.ledger.fr/pages/history/5a4c9f706fbc5823d37bed62

But it's possible this is an issue they're just not aware of yet.

Since March 19, the balance has not correctly displayed. All transactions from March 04 to today are not displayed.
When i enter the purse each time a different balance, while the list of transactions was as before March 04 and remains.
Now every time there is a synchronization error.

With technical support I'm tired of talking

Performed a complete reset. did not restore the normal balance.

But until March 19 from the pools were incoming transactions.
