Hi guys, sorry if I post this thread again. I just don't want to spam same topic. Anyway, any solution about this? I tried different image upload site, I even used dropbox but with no avail.

Here's from ImgBB.com. Did I use this code right? Or I missed something?

Code:
[url]https://ibb.co/mY3cVm[/url]

Any help will be appreciated. Thank you

your code is wrong mate. it should be
Code:
[img] [/img]
if you want to post an image ,
Code:
[url] [/url]
is only for links.

This was an issue because of a problem here in bitcointalk.
In your case, make sure you get the share link which have the file extension of the image like the .jpg , png or .gif .
Make sure that the image link has that. Smiley

Its working fine for me. Keep in mind that bitcointalk caches images, so if you update the post with a new image, it will take a few minutes to update.

I think that it's a problem on imgur's end which is causing it to interact poorly with the image proxy. I changed something which may improve it somewhat, but it'll probably still occur sometimes. It may be best to use something other than imgur where possible.

Well that's good to know. Imgur never worked for me so I started using tinypic and to my knowledge all of my pictures have always worked fine with it.

Mostly! I've been having problems with using imgur recently. It won't let me upload images. The image shows uploaded but gets instantly deleted from the server.I thought could be my Ip/ISP provider but after doing the same through different servers,I'm still unable to upload images.
As an alternative,I found this image hosting site : https://imgbb.com/

I was checking out some of the threads I made and some threads that I am following that has images and almost all of these threads, I came across with a bitcointalk.org image proxy:
invalid image

example is in this thread of mine;  https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/--1884240
the top photo is not showing and instead it shows that it's not a valid image.

Is this just an error in my end or the images are not really showing to everyone? Last time I checked earlier the images are still showing.

sometimes I also have the same problem but trying to add filename extension like *.png or *jpg the following of the link then it work so well Smiley
Hope it's useful for you Cheesy

just came here to open a new topic just to see this one already exists Tongue
I am getting the same error, although it is not always happening so i though it may be some problem with "imgur.com" servers but on the other hand it seems persistent so maybe some trouble between forum IP communicating with those servers?!

also changed my photo link to postimg.org i got the error one more time but refreshing solved the problem.

I'm also having a problem with the images and have been wondering why it might be.Now I see that there is some problems with the servers or something,I hope it gets solved soon because my images won't show. The graphic side of the forum is experiencing some issues apparently.
It would be good if we get an estimation for how long it may take to be fixed

Can confirm, this seemed to start happening a couple of days ago and is intermittent. It seems like whatever backend service is running on ip.bitcointalk.org (the image proxy) seems to time out.

Me too with imgur.com. See below.

However,if you open the page, you get this
Quote
This page is used to test the proper operation of the nginx HTTP server after it has been installed. If you can read this page, it means that the web server installed at this site is working properly.
If the problem lies with the code that is running the nginx server, this should be reflected here,No ? Sorry I'm not too technical.

Common case for me everytime Im uploading images from Imgur so Im not using that site anymore to host my images. Some are fine, some are broken. Refresh works but not all the time. And the weird thing, after it works for you, other user will see it also as an invalid image. So as my conclusion, it has something to do with the hosting site.

Im now using postimage.org for image hosting and never experienced that error.

(P.S. Im not advertising it)

Same invalid image with this thread that I also made: https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/ann-xaurum-rico-rico-end-1551111
Same problem again.Broken links only show up while opening the page for the first time.Once the images are loaded, they start showing up.When you uploaded to imgur, did you specifically get the share link of bbcode forums ?

It seems fine to me. Try pressing CTRL+F5 to refresh your cache or just waiting.
I've used different devices already and it's giving me the same error.
Tho refreshing the page multiple times actually fixed that error but I comes back again to invalid once I closed the tab and reopen it.

Weird.I opened your thread for the first time and got that invalid image link for the first image although preceding images loaded fine. After refreshing the page, everything loaded fine.Maybe it's the size of the image that is taking time to load ?
