Ive seen the building was still on progress of being built up but it would be more appealing if you do show some blueprints or just a glimpse of the said structure for the public would able to see it.

How are you handling your kyc/aml requirements?

What do you mean? After the purchase the owner will be changed in the corresponding documentation. This all has to be done in front of a law official.


I don't know where you ar ebased, but usually you ahve to make sure
a) funds are not the proceeds of crime (harder with crypto and cash)
b) Your not a money transmitter
c) The other person is not a potentially exposed person
d) your not enabling money laundering in any way
e) ID to confirm they are whom they say they are, and your keeping records in compliance with KYC/AML directives

Obviously measures for money laundering will be covered lawfully.
Tax will be paid for Estonian gov. where it is located.
ID also obvious.

It's not something related to an investment or a project that needs funding. Is just a sale, even if it's about a building.

By the way, this building that you are selling it's yours entirely? Do you have the ownership titles or you are trying to sell it for others behalf?

How is this a collectible, digital good or a cpu hardware? Rather a investment opportunity. Buy it in btc and then rent it out for euro.
