Also, there has to be a lot of information asked, the law requires it this is an official investment in a company, not an ico.
You are still looking for investors then why wont really be called as an ICO? 
Im really interested on playing MMORPG and as i observed those pictures looking into those weapons i am somehow interested but wont still decide to give out money for funding.

Where is this company registered? Any credentials or paperwork that justify it's legitimacy and existance?

Why not just be clear and say that you're asking for $3750 or more per person, is that not the case?
