It is a social investment, your payments are returned to you along with 2% PA interest rate.
If the investor wants they can donate the interest earned to Range or rather keep it.
If you are investing in behalf of Btc [donator] then investment and interest come to you?

The idea popped up when I was making a small payment this year. Why not have people who want to invest here, invest through BTC, through me.
It is a social investment so I would morally be obligated to NOT charge any commission for forwarding the funds.
As far as returns are considered, they are returned to the investing account in small sums (like EMI) through out the period of 1 year - the loan life.
Say I invest 100 bucks today, the loan listing gets filled and the sum is sent to the borrower by the NGO that created the listing on the site, within a week (check the site FAQs).
Then the loan is repaid in small EMI's starting from 1 month after the date of loan issue.
The borrower pays something like 5% interest on the loan the site keeps 2.5% NGO gets 0.5% and the remaining 2% is returned to the investor.
Check the site's FAQ its all mentioned there in detail.
