You can use worldcoinindex, you only need to create an account and no need for install anything... so it will be more safe and convenience. I've used this for 3 months and never have any problem with it, also you can get notified of recent news and trends.

You can try to use exodus wallet for PC. that will also allow you to build your own portfolios but im not sure if i understand about what do you meant about uplod quotes. Exodus has a very good wallet that combined with various features. i have been using this wallet since a few years ago and im good with it till this time. I hope you can consider this caused by there are lots of things that can be tried. The portfolios feature in exodus was also very good. I have not yet tried another app but so far this is the best app build in PC and you can use it for free. It has also a very good security measure that will keep your fund safe in the wallet as well. that wallet is really worth to be tried.

If you own a hardware wallet like Ledger wallet, you're really required to download their Ledger Live App.That's already a good crypto portfolio tracker as it gives you the total projection of your assets deposited on the addresses you have there. It gives the projection for the day, week, month, year and all since you've started the deposit.
I never felt the necessity of using a portfolio tracker for pc; did it with mobile all the time. But upon google search, I found moonitor.io which offering the same as you are looking for. You can check it out. Personally I haven’t used this. I'm tracking my portfolio on Coinmarketcap and that's enough IMO.
