I have studied till 10th standard. Then my family didn't have money to send me further education for which I took a job in a garment company and worked there for two years.
I was dismissed from that garment company as I had no work experience. For which now I have chosen a profession that is Masonry.I have been doing this for about a month. But I was involved with Cryptocurrencies while in school because my friend was very expert in this crypto currency and I used to take ideas from him and try to learn from time to time.
I earn around 600 to 700 taka daily in our local currency doing this mason work which is enough for me.
I was told by my family to deposit some of my earned money in the bank but I did not agree.I ignored them and decided to invest some of my earned money in bitcoin instead of keeping it in the bank and hold the bitcoin.
I mentioned this to you because I invested in Bitcoin with Mason's money.

I started investing in bitcoins with a dollar amount that I earned from a day's work as a mason.Maybe my invested bitcoin amount is not much but I want to start with very small amount at first since my income is very low.

I bought $5 worth of bitcoins today. This $5 amount means a lot to me because this is my first bitcoin investment in my life.I want to hold my invested bitcoins for a long time and add more bitcoins to these bitcoins in the future.

This is a difficult case, while we often encourage people to invest in bitcoin whatever they can, when taking into account the fees that we could need to pay once we are in the middle of the bull run and Ordinals once again congest the network, the fees you may need to pay seem too high compared to the amount of bitcoin you are buying.

If I was in your shoes I will probably look into trying to start a very small business with that money, so I could multiply it that way instead of investing in bitcoin.

You invested $5 in bitcoin? That amount is small.
Previously, it was impossible to buy with $5 because it is smaller than the minimum amount for an order on Binance. Fortunately, Binance updated their service terms and reduced the minimum order size from $10 to $5.

Announcement for the order size change.

$5 is big money for many people so it's good to see a solid plan for accumulation with only $5 for each buying time.

But if you want to DCA, you can continue investing like that every week. Bitcoin will get to $100000 before the next significant bull run ended. Try as much as possible to accumulate.

Two websites with excellent and helpful tools to support your Dollar Cost Averaging plan.

With the small amount $5 for each DCA, OP will have to think of how long he will have to leave his bitcoin on Binance till a time it makes sense to withdraw it to his non custodial wallet. Because withdrawal fee is expensive and if the withdrawal value is too small, it is not wisely to do it. Withdrawal fee for Bitcoin on Binance is below.

I bought $5 worth of bitcoins today. This $5 amount means a lot to me because this is my first bitcoin investment in my life.I want to hold my invested bitcoins for a long time and add more bitcoins to these bitcoins in the future.

Are you sure this is your first investment? then what is this?

This is my first post but I have been involved with crypto currency for a long time.  Earlier I used to do Bounty, now I am working in a private company because I am not doing anything.  Now the condition of cryptocurrency market is very sad.  When you look at the market, you see only red and red.
Bitcoin price has been increasing for several days but other coins are not increasing as much.
I have $129 with which I want to buy and hold coins.  Are there any coins that hold good profits?
Would it be better to buy Bitcoin or other coins?

You told here you have $129 and you want to invest. this post you make on 25 October but today you make a story. it is your first investment and you invest $5 in bitcoin with Masonry Earnings. Lol  Grin

In the past when I used to do the 2019, I invested a lot of coins and only lost them and never made a profit.  But  I was holding some bitcoins which was earning me $20 which was my first investment income of my life.

Your story is totally fake and your post history doesn't look like you are a noob in crypto and this forum I think you have more alts I will find them soon.  The purpose of your making up such a false story is to get merit because earlier such stories have been given merit.  But since you have painstakingly created such a story, as a reward I am giving you a natural trust considered as a shitposter and part of a spammer.
Thanks for your work. Grin

This is the most annoying part. So the grin means that you've agree that you lied which means you are only deceiving people here with fals story? Where is your dignity?

Wait, you have worked in a garment's company for two years and they terminated you for having no experience? They should have done that before you even started. Well, that's not the point of this thread but I am just intrigued. LOL.

Anyway, @OP. Good luck and congratulations with your start. Was it that Binance have that $10 minimum of trade and I am confused again with that $5 start of yours?

Regardless of these confusing things to me, what's the most important thing here is that your mason earned money is being put into Bitcoin and this is the start of your rocky road journey with Bitcoin.

Regardless of it's amount, the important thing here is you get to start with bitcoin investment as not have all the courage to take the risk investing in bitcoin. There's no problem actually if you invest with a very small amount, as long as you also have the will and intention to make it grow and increase the volume of your bitcoin portfolio. With the help of DCA, that would be very possible.

Now, while you are starting to invest, make sure to increase your knowledge as well and develop your skills and strategies so you can prepare yourself if you enter bitcoin trading in the future. But for now, you can try to add some side hustles so you can gain additional income. That way, you can start DCAing so you can prepare your portfolio for the upcoming bitcoin halving.

There's no way many of us will know the equivalent of what value you're talking about except you represent it in dollar value.

You took a wise decision there. I did same a few weeks ago and I'm over 20% in ROI already. Anyone leaving their cash in the bank at this moment and they're into cryptos or Bitcoin specifically, they aren't doing themselves any good at all. Those who did a few weeks/months ago are already in huge profit. Now is a very convenient time to invest in Bitcoin because it's less risky ATM.

Don't feel bad about it. Everyone will invest according to their risk appetite and what they can afford to lose.

I am not here to discourage you, just take this as an advice,  the biggest winners in crypto space are those who have better income stream or multiple income stream, they are able to DCA with very effective amount, every damn week and mind you, once Bitcoin hits a 100k these people will be the biggest ROI earners.

My advice is you should increase the amount you are using as it's too small to bring you any significant ROI when a new all time high is finally achieved, the problem that many investors have is enough amount for dollar cost averaging into Bitcoin.

Someone who can afford $5 per week into Bitcoin will not make what someone who can afford $50 per week onto Bitcoin, the higher the amount you DCA the better your ROI will be when the bull market is in a full adrenaline mode.

I have seen some documentaries about the masonry works and brick factory labors in Bangladesh and it's not an easy task and I can understand the hardship you go through but hats off for your decision of making investment towards Bitcoin and I wish you would have started this few months ago when Bitcoin was under $20k but nevertheless try investing every week and hodl it for longer period of time without bothering to check the Bitcoin price every now and then.

Since the invested amount might be big as per market standards but it's the every single dime you have hence I would suggest to explore investing into Altcoin at this moment for a short term as we are approaching Bull run and Altcoin can give you excellent returns then you may cashout and use this fund to invest into Bitcoin during the bearish season and accumulate Bitcoin for years.

Hope you prosper in your life and get good returns through this investment and to be honest you are an start who is setting examples on no matter how hard life can be we need to invest into our future instead of lame excuses which many gives.

Hihi, I wonder why everyone went to the history to check if it makes sense or not, btw kudos for doing it but ignoring this thing:

Everyone uses the bitcoin differently: for some it is the road to wealth, and for others it is the road out of poverty.
Everyone invests in a bitcoin based on their capabilities. There is little honor in reproaching others for such modest investments.
This is quite enough to get started. OP doesn't claim that this will be his first and last investment in the ditcoin. If he does this every day, then in just 1 month the investment will be ~$150, and in a year - already ~$1800. Even if he double or triple this amount of money over, say, 5 years, this will already be a good indicator.

You missed the part where he earns $5 a day, working day, so that's about $100 a month earnings!
Now redo that whole thing from 5$ a month net investment, $60 a year and do tell me how will that work out even with a tripling in Bitcoin price, as it will just men he got a 13 monthly wage instead of just 12.

Every amounts invested in Bitcoin worth. Don't worry about that. Today you invested 5$, but you can keep buying more Bitcoins along the time, as you are paid by your employer or customers. In my opinion you did the right thing by not listening to your family, because to deposit money at the bank doesn't bring any considerable returns on long run, due to the interest being paid usually staying below inflation. On the othet hand, with Bitcoin the chances of growing your funds into something substantial is higher, especially during halving times, which is the one we are approaching to, next year.

My only concern is that you don't have a safe cold wallet to store your coins, neither the money to acquire one... But that is something you should start looking for soon (Ledger or Trezor physical hardware wallets).

Not enough for what? To become a millionaire?

I am inclined to believe that the first investment should be small, enough to understand how everything works here. Nothing prevents from repeating the purchase of bitcoin for a higher amount of money, right?

Bitcoin will get to $100000 before the next significant bull run ended.
It's good to have the ability to see the future and I would also like to know how much a bitcoin will cost "before the next significant bull run ended".

Did you manage to have trade such amount is very low to trade in Binance I believe you just bought BTC straight instead of Buying usdt before trading to BTC, then again I understand how stressful your work is and how to meet to start holding enough volume of bitcoin is actually difficult for you comparing your financial level and your earns per day. Imagine someone earning 1$ per day and you manage to saved our 5$ to invest into bitcoin how were you able to make this savings or you are paid above that?
Because I know it would take upto 10 days to have saved upto $5.

Yes I have decided I will invest in Bitcoin with one day of money every week.Maybe doing this would benefit me a bit instead of keeping my hard earned money in the bank.

Investing in bitcoin is great! But you know what else is great? Having multiple income streams! Not only you earn money multiple ways, but you have a backup if ever that masonry thing of yours goes wrong for some reason. I'd go as far as saying that having multiple income streams should be a bigger priority in most cases.

You knew about bitcoin since your secondary school days, as you said you had a friend who was a professional in it, and still, you did not find a means or way to invest in bitcoin at the time. You got out of school, and worked in a garment company for a whole two years before you were you sent out due to lack of experience just as you said - this completely doesn't make sense to me, how can you work in a company for 2 years and still be sent out because you lacked experience?, but anyways, this is not important, what is important is that, you worked in this company for 2 years and never bothered to invest some of your salary in bitcoin until you were sacked, and bitcoin was way cheaper all those time.

Just now that the price of bitcoin have began rising, you decided to start investing - anyways, I wish you luck in this journey you have started, but imagine how much profit you would have made by now if you had bought early, maybe when you were working with the garment company - anything worth doing is worth doing on time.

Can't say too much because you're only earn small amount of money, so it's not make sense to suggest you to move your coins as the fee will take as much as your investment.

Of course there's nothing wrong to invest in Bitcoin from small amount of money, but definitely it's better if you can use that amount to increase your knowledge or skill in order to get better job.
