I don't think you need an ICO to set up investment fund. You can charge fee for your service. I believe people have abuse the concept of token sale because I don't see how your tokens will provide value to investors

I have been following the crypto market for about 2 years and been trading cryptocurrency for 1 year with about 10x profit every 6 months. Well here you are new member and also you have not much experience ( may be ) , and also you have no +ve trust you have only neutral trust , show here no one can give his money to you .
Only you will get only suggestion for better future of your Bitcoin job but no investment by the forum members and users.
