I am looking for an investor who is able to invest in the initial stage of a crypto farm construction project. The purpose of this funding, the project's timelines and conditions, as well as the ongoing discussion regarding certain aspects, are all being addressed in the original thread (Initial Financing for Mining Farm Project)
The required investment amount: $150,000.
Purpose: to establish a company, engage a legal consultant (specializing in the crypto space), and order technical and legal due diligence for the potential farm location
Repay Amount: $172,500 ($150,000 + 15%). In the event of a successful launch of the project, at the end of the first year of the crypto farm's operation, the investor will also receive an additional amount of 1 BTC
Repay Date: 1 year from the investment
Type of Collateral: will be discussed in a private conversation with an interested party.
