So when someone buys 90% of the tokens, does it mean that he can be literally the new Chairman of the Board? Can you explain further though? It looks like there's a lot of marketing hole in your project.
Possibly would be the owner since he do possess already the 90% 
5-10% do have corresponding position on said company but the question on my mind why these projects do really somehow makes guarantee about profitability?

When buying from 10% of tokens, investor has the right to take a seat on the management board. These percentages are not cumulative. When buying 90% of tokens, investors will take the same places.
