I do not need to get help from banks.

I am already doing this job. My aim is to grow my business with foreign capital.

The aim is not to make money here.

Haha, so you don't need help from the banks, but you need foreign investors with the aim of not making money  Grin Grin
Seriously?

You think too narrowly. Climatic changes are approaching. The world will suffer from food shortages in the future. I recommend that you investigate the underlying reason Bill Gates turned to agricultural land.

Oh yeah, let's throw a bit of Bill Gates and reptilians here to make it more interesting.
First, use your brain:
- if climate changes will happen why the hell would I invest in land situated in a country with a predominant long dry summer that already needs irrigation?
- if food shortages do happen how will the foreign investor benefit when most likely the first thing Erdogan will do is put an embargo on food exports? Remember what Russia did two years ago with wheat?

These figures are calculated over my income and expenses. I don't expect even 1 cent from here.

Me neither!

Newbie account with first post seeking for investor? I'm sure no one will believe on this since its really hard to get some valid points on why people would believe you, also if you really want to operate your plan project better you take a loan from your local bank since this is more ideal and most professional way to do. Since by asking some funds from people here is really shady.
This is actually common on where these people do really believe on that they can really get some funding or investment on here on just simply showing off some excels about
expenses and profits and other stuffs without even minding on showing off proofs that they do really held up such land or it do actually exist.

Verbal presentations and with some mix of excel isnt really enough on any angle.People on this forum arent really that dumb except to those dumb investors out there who do
want to waste up money with doing foolish things.

@OP, dont expect that you would be getting even 1 cent on this place.

As I said, I am already doing this job. These figures are calculated over my income and expenses. I don't expect even 1 cent from here. in a way that would make significant investments already signed a deal will come to Turkey. I don't want to sell or rent my own land. As a serious investor, we will decide on a land together and start this business. You live with your fears of fraud.
also if you really want to operate your plan project better you take a loan from your local bank since this is more ideal and most professional way to do.

I'm pretty sure that if he indeed really want to invest in agriculture he probably has already tried the bank, and if he's here it means the answer from the bank was a no, so either the plan is indeed faulty or he is just trying to get some investor to buy his story.

This is probably the third or fourth I've seen lately with agricultural investment and they all have the same problem, numbers that don't match. Those 200 000 square meters are just 20 ha, with an average of 8 tones per it you will get around 160tons, it's not the net income that will be 25k$, that will be the maximum revenue in the best year ever. Even with the best land available and with already paid machinery you won't get over 500$ per ha raw profit.

I wonder who thinks that somebody after experiencing 6x gains in BTC wants to settle for the tight profit margin of agriculture in a foreign country.

You said the numbers don't match, but that's proof that you haven't been scrutinized. I do not need to get help from banks. I am already doing this job. My aim is to grow my business with foreign capital. You say that I cannot earn more than $ 500 with the best land available. But I sell 1 ton of wheat for 2000 Turkish lira. 160 tons of wheat is worth TL recalculate with that perfect math if you want.

Yes, after 6 x performance of Btc, people may not look to agriculture. The aim is not to make money here. You think too narrowly. Climatic changes are approaching. The world will suffer from food shortages in the future. I recommend that you investigate the underlying reason Bill Gates turned to agricultural land.

By the way, all of the products I buy and sell have invoices. All of them will be exhibited as long as it is a serious investor. It's not all about typing on the keyboard.

The profit margin of agriculture in the country you live in is so low I would recommend visiting Turkey. Smiley)

Turkey, Konya leased agricultural land in the province in 10 years.A comparison of purchasing and leasing transactions is attached.Land sizes are fictitious and land searches will be undertaken as there are serious investors. The following data are valid in cases where there was no previous agricultural practice in the field. The costs are calculated for 200000 square meters of land.Expenses are calculated according to the average costs for 2020 and may differ for 2021.Income and expenses are calculated in dollar terms according to the USD / TRY currency pair dated 26.01.2021 and may vary due to exchange rate differences.I have been doing this job with my father for about 10 years. My father is also an Agricultural Engineer. The sample income table is shown only in case of wheat cultivation and it can be made for different products. Many products such as wheat, barley, alfalfa, beet, corn are grown in this region. It can be called a granary. Smiley

You are right to doubt. People are doing their best to defraud each other. Opening this issue with a new account increased your doubts. I don't need to take out a loan from local banks, I'm doing this anyway. I just want to get support from foreign capital while growing my business.
