Another option might you could launch something like an ambassador campaign/program[1] then publish it through your social media (e.g medium or twitter), considering you have quite massive followers already both on medium and twitter it could be one of the fastest ways to get your social media influencers.

you have already received almost all possible answers in your previous thread where you are looking for users for your signature promotion. you should listen to some advice from there.
you should definitely first present the project itself and then look for promoters for it.
someone who has a good reputation will certainly not agree to promote something they know nothing about.
