What wallet are you using? I wanted to buy IOTA. I went on Bittrex not to deal with wallets but buying IOTA is not possible there. So, I decided to find a good wallet. And didn't manage to do it! I saw github but it sounded as if it was offering some sort of an experimental wallet. I am sorry you have problems with your iota as well. Maybe, it is some wallet problems.. Contact the support team and then write here and tell us what was it about.

When I updated my wallet I lost iota ;(
I do everything according to the instructions but all the time I have a balance of 0
