I guess the site is restricting some countries ip address.
Are you using a vpn or an direct connection to your ISP the problem sometimes lies in your internet provider for sending to much Traffic and the site detected it as malicious.

If you're not using any vpn or any anonymity Tools you could try:

Resetting your router.
Use a different country ip address.
Check internet connection if its slow.

Typing these long topics not going to help you so better as @jackg already suggest try to use VPN or tor this could be very helpful for you but best option is request your ISP to change your IP

Find a way past it in order to get it to work, three main ideas would be:
1. Request a new IP from your ISP (internet service provider)
2. Use a VPN
3. Use tor (a free software that runs on your default browser and is downloadable from torproject.org and changes your ip)

CHECK ON THE LEGALITY OF THESE IN YOUR JURISDICTION BEFORE USING THEM (as it is a criminal offence if they don't allow them).

This AM SunBTC has started blocking my IP Address.

I can not contact them. 

I have rebooted after clearing the browsers of all data. Those browsers are Firefox and Opera.

I have used Opera mostly to get satoshi because I have the least problems with it.

Firefox seems to be more picky about getting satoshi.
