I have the iPhone 5 and it Works perfectly for me.
The blockchain app from the store has not been updated for the iPhone 5. 
I use blockchain, but I just started, so my endorsement is yet to be said.

I had BTC in a wallet in Bitcointqt and wanted to transfer to my iphone wallet, since I cannot access bitcoinqt at work.
I was able to do this perfectly with the blockchain app.

Coinbase Works only for the US, from what I saw. I downloaded it, but did not enjoy it much.

I have also been looking for an ios 7 app of some sort that was a working wallet. is there such thing?

What do you mean by "the key"? Sharing addresses between blockchain.info and bitcoin-qt is probably going to cause confusion and/or problems. You will see what I mean the first time you send bitcoins using bitcoin-qt.
It is quite hard to let go of the iPhone. Harder than letting go of BTC gambling, haha.
I cannot access Bitcoinqt at work due to the corporate firewall (damn burocrats, haha), so my only option is to use my iPhone.
Is there a good app that allows me to import my wallet and make transactions?

blockchain app is the only one that can do payments on IOS
you could open a blockchain.info account and use their app
