I'm not familiar with the link you posted but double check if you're visiting the real Metamask site which is https://metamask.io/ It should open on Firefox and other tops browsers. You should be able to download the IOS app from there. Post an update here if you are still having problems.

I might not know about this Metamask link, but if it is possible for you, try it on a personal computer it is quite easier and friendly; I use Metamask extension on browsers and it works perfectly.
In addition, I also think Metamask is supported by other browsers like Chrome and Brave, I think I have seen that on their website, you can try it as well to see if it will work by changing your default browser to Chrome or Brave. Another option is Tokenpocket, you can check it out and you can import your wallet and view your tokens, other wallet applications are good too, but Tokenpocket seems to stand out when it comes to support for new and different blockchain networks.

Nevertheless, I would recommend you to use a computer for Metamask. It will be more convenient. Moreover, not all websites are connectible with Metamask on phones. For example, I can’t use def-projects on my phone. When I want to deposit or withdraw I have to turn on the computer. So in a phone I can check my balance and send coins.

I'm not sure if it's scam or probably a real problem on mobile but I think it's much better to install it on computer, having your wallet on phone seems like very risky I'm not sure about that but you can try to send email to metamask or probably do a research about their official site and ask about that site to know if that's a scam or not. Be careful on clicking links online that you're not sure if legitimate or not.
I believe my recent problems with no seeing my coins may be from the new firefox update a few days ago. When I use the browser in the metamask I can get the screen to pop up that says Metmask open but it won't download the app. It just gets stuck there. The top of the screen says metmask.app.link but it never goes anywer or does anything. I have turned on firefox notifications on my iphone. Not sure if anybody has seen this or would know what to do. firefox is my default browser for my phone. Is this a scam link?
