Actually, in mining process using RAM 4Gb / 8Gb (CPU) only have a bit of an influence. For reducing the budget, 4GB is enough but if you want to plug 8GB or more, it's nice.

it depends what you want to´mine...some algos/miner have high ram usage. but honestly 13 gpus and u are to greedy to buy 4 gigs ram? -.-
