I don't know how much its total power is. If you have 1 or 2 low-power equipment, the split air conditioner will cost you dearly.
If you use a large bladed fan or 2 instead and ventilate the area where the towers are located, you can solve the heat problem to some extent.
The machines I use are on the balcony of the house. I clean it 2 times a year and naturally ventilate it to solve the heating problem.

There was a time when ASICs were new and Bitcoin mining profitability was off the charts, where you could setup air conditioning units to keep your miners cool.  I remember I had one of the early ASICs and it was producing a TON of Bitcoin, but was so hot (even at room temperature) that it was constantly throttling.  I had to setup a dedicated air conditioning unit in order to get it mining full speed, which made a massive difference in the amount of BTC it was producing.  Nowadays this isn't a smart setup though.  As others have stated the cost of running the AC unit would destroy any chance at turning a profit.  Therefore you need to focus on removing heat, not cooling the miners.  Think of them like a fire, you wouldn't point an air conditioner at a fire to keep it cool, you would vent the heat away from where you are.

AC takes too much power, the minimum AC takes up to 1 HP from the wall, won't it be better to use that amount of power for other mining rigs? Buy table fans its better than running AC for hours, waste of electricity.

it is really funny, when it all crashes the AC will be turned off.. then the rigs.. then mining room..then log off this forum hehe

Yeah, I guess trolls never learn, they are our queue to sell ehhe

AC again? LOL

means good prices  Cheesy

take profits

Yeah, when trolls talk about ac that means is time to take profits ehhe and my sell orders are hitting hehe

The conditioned air to cool the various rigs has no contraindications except perhaps the higher power/electricity consumption compared to fans/ventilation

It has long been known that air conditioners consume more electricity than ventilation, but not all rooms can be equipped with ventilation for mining. Therefore, air conditioning solves many problems in many situations if you have inexpensive electricity.

Natural air is better than A/C for mining, just find a way to get the heat out of the room or store and use another fan to direct fresh air into the mining rig room.

Can I set up an Air conditioner for my mining farm? I'm not sure if the air conditioner will affect my GPUs negatively or not, if you are using Air Conditioner pls say something.

As @adaseb says so well, you must first evacuate the hot air from the room.

Then, a very good system for bringing fresh air to your rigs.

also know how your cards capture the air and evacuate, I see a lot of miners put fans up on the card and push the air towards itself while the card extracts at the bottom but also at the top (sometimes on the small side )

I only have RTX 3xxx here is the best cooling I could find

Last build rig:

RTX 3080 Ti × 3
RTX 3080 × 2
RTX 3070 Ti × 4

Temp Rom 22/23°

Max Temp resistance before the rig overheats: 28/29°

they are ARCTIC P14 which brings fresh air to the facade and ARCTIC F14 which extracts the air because I want silence...well a little Cheesy but you can put Fan Delta 14 @ 3200Rpm ;p

Memory Temp (jonction !)

Core Gpu Temp

I use a vape to test the airflow in the room and on my rigs ( RTX 3070 Ti × 1· RTX 3070 × 6· RTX 3080 × 1)

It is safe. Might not be safe if the humidity is very high and the rigs are powered off. However with the rigs mining even with some humidity it would just evaporate anyways, as long as there is some exhaust out of your place somehow.

Keep in mind that this is ok for a small system. Usually in your home office. However if you got 20 GPUs then the best way to cool them is to exhaust the heat outside not by using an air conditioner. Ac use tons of power and will blow your profits out the window pretty much.

It is safe, just beware of the air humidity, place it on dry.

I use a split system in the office. For 2,5 kilowatts of power that video cards consume in the summer, you need to use a split system with a consumption of 700 watts, otherwise it is very hot in the office. Do not use mobile or floor standing air conditioners, split system only.
