Thanks everyone for your supporting answers!

I started talking with my email service and it was the problem. I have a webmail service which is still in beta, with very long delays receiving emails from another accounts. Nothing to do with blockchain.info. I should wait until the email service gets to work normaly again.

In the past I exeprienced similar problems, and the main cause was blockchain.info due to too much traffic, so I wanted to ask here to know if the same was happening again. Thanks again. I learned many new things.

I hope newbies like me get the support from people like you, because this is the way to make the btc comunity, network, ecosystem grow.

It would be nice to get statistics about how people with more knowledgment help the others, and publish it regularly, so society know that btc is more than speculation, hackers stealing btc's, or mean opinions like the last Bill Gates's one.

The problem I had buying 300 and getting just 200 in btc  was in 2016, but I used several times the same adress to get different purchases. In 2016 I didn't know a f*** about many things in btc. So it was my fault.

From your words, I suppose you have the password but you can’t access your account because IP blocking right?
Update/refresh your IP address or sign in with your phone to get access.

I tried to transfer the founds to another blockchain.info account but only btc coins comes. ETH or BCH doesn't appear in the new account created after transfering founds from my old account (the one I can't access) to the new one.
No answer from them, no tickets answered. 4 weeks.
This can’t happen because the wallet doesn’t store your account information. If you can access to your Bitcoin, you will be able to access other currencies.

I had in the past also problems while buying btc with credit card. Some were automaticaly transferred to another account.
Their answer was "ohh we are so sorry, looks like you got phished". WTF! In their website I bought 300$ I got 200$  and I got phished!!??
No, Four weeks ago, the fees were about 1,000 sat/b.I remember that paying 30$ to send 100$  was normally "check your tx id and will find most of your btc gone because fees"
I just want to access my account to completely empty all my coins from their hands and finish any relation with them.

If you just want "OUT"... You can use your blockchain.info "12 word backup phrase" (aka seed mnemonic) with:

- Electrum (https://www.electrum.org/#download) to get your BTC
- Electron Cash (https://electroncash.org/#download) to get your BCH
- MyEtherWallet (https://www.myetherwallet.com/) to get your ETH

With Electrum and ElectronCash, you will need to click the "Options" button and select "BIP39 Seed" when creating the wallet (File -> New\Restore -> Standard Wallet -> I already have a seed).

MEW will give you a load of warnings about using your seed... you might want to consider following their instructions for running it offline or with MetaMask

If you still have your blockchain.info seed you can try to convert it to BIP39 and import it into electrum, and your funds should be there. although i'm not quite sure how this would work with your ETH wallet.
I reckon the same seed will work for ETH via BIP 44.
OP could also import the seed into a compatible Ethereum wallet and restore access to his ETH -- ditto for BCash.

Looks like you might got hacked. They have no control over your funds, and also not whether or not you are able to transfer them. Have you made any transactions of which you have the ID from?

If you still have your blockchain.info seed you can try to convert it to BIP39 and import it into electrum, and your funds should be there. although i'm not quite sure how this would work with your ETH wallet.
