I'm surprised to not see it mentioned prior on this forum.

It is now legal to play online poker if you're located within the state's borders.

Here's my one word question directed toward you brainiacs: Proxy?

Why even post about this? We all no gambling leads to nothing good.

You are correct: All gambling leads to nothing good. But we're taking about poker, and when poker's played correctly, no gambling is involved except, that is, to be a profitable player there must be a pool of fish (read gamblers).

Craps is gambling, unless there's a mechanic rolling the dice.
Roulette is gambling, unless the croupier is performing his duty incorrectly.
Blackjack is gambling, unless one counts cards coupled with the rules are more favorable to the player.
Slots is gambling, unless theirs a visible bank (pool) left my the tourist, thus becoming an advantage play.
100%+ payout on video poker is but extinct.
Sports betting is beatable.
Running a lottery outta of Costa Rica is profitable till you caught and are forced to pay a $100 fine. Perhaps, if it was a $200 fine, Sonny wouldn't be doing the same thing all over again on his WebSpawner site. But I digress.
