OP update?
I know it was kind of odd to see "Waiting to be processed" for a BTC transfer. It made me scratch my head and get a little nervous, but the coins were sent about 5 minutes after I initiated the withdrawal.

OP says (s)he's trying to transfer BTC, not fiat. Which is why it's an interesting query.
They don't work on the weekends. If you submit a request on Thursday it is perfectly normal for it to not be resolved until Tuesday, and not show up in your bank account until Thursday. Generally I give 4 week days for the entire process.
How long are you waiting? I'm not in the same boat, but my usd have been stuck for several days now, too. it seems "normal" for exchanges to freely freeze your funds whenever they want to 
I am trying to just transfer some BTC from Bitstamp to MtGox but it is stuck on "Waiting to be Processed" at Bitstamp and is not leaving my account. I can cancel it but I want to move the funds.
