They are legit however their only proven product so far is the lowest end model.

They are horribly late, they have insulting pr, they probably mine bitcoins while "testing products"

The above is a drop of water on an ocean of crap and drama that I have read about them.

But they do seem somewhat legit however; If you already have an order, why not hold on, that's your choice.

For a new order, don't bother, they don't deserve your business and you will have to wait possibly a year.

Better wait for asic to go mainstream or hopefully jump on an asicminer or avalon when they come available.

I've held one of their 5.5GH/s Jalapenos in my hand, and hashed away with it. It used less than 35W. Made my GPUs and FPGA Singles (also from BFL) look pathetic. Very Sexy.

They are selling a working, no hassle product, but it's a question of when you will get one. They're having a very (i.e. impossible) time shipping their products out their doors.

The thing to consider is WHEN they will ship.  Currently DIY or semi DIY with Avalon chips seems to be the best route.

A few people have received them.  Maybe 100 of the small units have gone out thus far.
