Honestly this new increase scares me a bit, it is definitely a better one than I imagined but it also scares me because when you have such a huge skyrocketing increase then it usually follows with a big crash in the end. This is why I am not sure about what is going to happen next. Don't get me wrong of course it could continue to rise, why shouldn't it continue to rise, it always have that option available.

I'm not seeing a huge jump, just the usual price movement in my opinion. We can't even breach $50k without going on a minor dip, so there's no skyrocketing increase as you have pictured it. Last year though was different up to April when we hit all time high. But since then we are struggling. And the good thing is that we have somewhat get passed the challenges of China FUD and Elon Musk influence.

However when there is a big increase in price that usually ends up with a big crash following and I believe that the chance of that happening increases with each increase we have. Let's hope that we do not face something like that in the near future. If we can stay above 50k for even a week, then it will establish its price there and the result will be breaking the ATH a lot more easily, but staying above 50k for a week will require a lot of money from investors.

Let's see if we will hit $100k at the end of the year and see a major crash. In any case that's how the market in crypto works, everyone is cashing out to make profit if ever there's a new all time high.

I think the holding cycle is returning to its natural structure.  The market calm is showing real swings from single traders, the support levels are ascending previously at 46k, 47k and now at $49k, I'm optimistic  with direction here and expect bitcoin to break through $53k region this week.  In fact, we went up from 29k on July 20

Hopefully we can stay at around 45k and then go higher in the next coming days and destroy the resistance at 50k for reap this time, bitcoin is always hovering at that price and it seems that it's having a hard time going up past that point since there's resistance and some people are already taking profit.

After the bottom of $28,000, now to $45,000, will it continue to rise
After experiencing a significant price drop that took place several months ago, Bitcoin resumed its upward trend in price to $50,000. This uptrend is therefore needed to secure a higher bottom, allowing the bitcoin price to continue its uptrend to even higher price levels.

Currently the condition of bitcoin is no longer suitable for us to have discussions with the posts or themes that you made, because today the selling and buying prices of bitcoins are far from the topic you share, but because this is a public discussion space, it is only natural that we have these discussions with the reason to broaden our horizons.

Today people have predicted bitcoin to rise above 1 trillion, even though this condition has not been seen at this time, then how will bitcoin survive at the end of this year, if many people predict the bitcoin price above 1 trillion, will there be problems or will it go up more than that? .

At least we do not have an illusion regarding the high price, we have an opportunity yet. As Bitcoin again hits $50K, optimism is at an all-time high! When you've tried so many times, you can finally get in. $50.000 is not a lot. Whenever the bigger pump is on, there are more. Since bitcoin broke that damn barrier continuously, it seems as if it was rebuilt fast!
The thing is I have called 30k very low for a very long time and during that period people told me that I was wrong and we are going to go down under 20k and so forth, people kept telling me that and it was a bit of a hurtful thing to be perfectly honest.

Now that we are here and finally reached 50k+ that means that I was right and that is great to know that I was right, but I am still sad for all those people who believed that we would go down even more. Now that we are high now everyone thinks that we will keep on going higher and higher and higher, which I do not think will happen, I believe that ATH could be broken but all those people talking about 100k+ needs to wait another year for that if you ask me.

Bitcoin price has already left $45k level behind this morning. This is really promising to me. It shouldn't be too hard for the price to reach $50k soon either. This has been one of the greatest runs recently. Bitcoin seems like unstoppable now and it reflects on the altcoins also. Ethereum has been on a great run also for example.
Probably you're right, that it's not going to be too hard for bitcoin to go to 50k again but remember that when it was the first time, it was difficult so there's a possibility that it's going to be hard for bitcoin to go to that even at a second try. I think that given the current prices even if it's at the current year's lowest, we can conclude that bitcoin's already on a new heights.

You have to take for example the last big barrier which is $48k, I lose count on how many times we are close to breaking it but then dips back to $47k. So that will be the case for $50k as well, yes we have break it in the last 24 hours, but then again it goes down to $49k. In short the momentum was short live, but I wouldn't be affected by it. We will have the whole week to try and breach it and have it sustained and then goes for the next $53k-$55k.

I am optimistic that the bitcoin price can increase to $50k because the bitcoin price is close to that price. If that does not reach $50k this week, bitcoin still has many times to reach that price soon. I am curious about the next highest bitcoin price will increase later because many people predict that the price can increase to $100,000 or more. I am sure many people await that moment and prepare for that time by trying to make more bitcoin before the price starts another rally.
Whenever price is going up, the great thing about what people believe will happen is the fact that price will go up very easily, but at the same time price may not do that in reality, it is just what people believe that it will go up. If it reached from 30k levels to 50k levels then why shouldn't it go back up? Even if there is a small drop then people will believe that it will recover a lot easier if it was a big increase before that.

Let's take two examples in hand, in one case it dropped from 40k to 34k and then goes to 30k, going back above 34k is not believed by people all that much because it has been dropping for a while, in another example it went from 30k to 40k but dropped to 36k, people believe it could be 40k again because there was an increase before that.

We are living the second one right now, there is no drop but even if there was one, we would believe it will recover, which is a self-fulfilling prophecy because when people believe that they buy bitcoin and when they do the price goes up and they turn out to be right.

Bitcoin price is back in an uptrend. I predict the price of Bitcoin will still trend up in the coming period. I predict Bitcoin price will move towards $100,000 by the end of the year. With the current conditions, the Bitcoin price target is more likely to happen at the end of the year.
Yes, bitcoin now is back on the right track as we have seen that the price can reach $47,000 and maybe this week, the bitcoin price will still increase and back to $50,000. But there is no guarantee for bitcoin price to still increase as bitcoin price can go to any price. But hopefully, the bitcoin price can hit $100,000 and if that happens, we will see the price can make two ATH in the same year. Bitcoin price has a big chance to increase more than the last ATH this year and next year, so we need to prepare our bitcoin and set a target price to sell.

I'm not sure if this week, it can reach $50k, but definitely, this month we could achieved that round numbers. And if we do, we will see another set of FOMO to come along with that. Usually this round numbers are what we need to break and sustain. And obviously, to continue and march to $60k, and maybe a new all time high before the end of this year or early 2022. And who knows, that $100k is within range.

Right this moment there is a speed bump that says we can be waiting some more time, so its just something to note mostly.   Greatest interest to traders, hard to call in a larger way.

This is just 4hr bars, short term trade and if price action can confirm above resistance I've speculated is there on weekly bars for 2021 then its stronger then many might have expected and will likely accelerate from this point further.   Most likely we pullback at least some, that might not happen till Monday or next week but I imagine this area is of some significance.

Well, we have in rallying till now, quite the pumps making their way to move closer to the previous ATH. Though it was looking great seeing such a trend, still I'm not convinced that we are able to surpass it. Maybe we could reach $50k before year-end as that was close to the possibility but of course, why not stop the pump if that will be going to happen because in that case, those who buy at $60k and still holding till now have a chance to make a sell.

Anyways, it is all still uncertain and we have not to be confident as sometimes the pumps could be a trap for greedy people.

For now, the price of BTC is in a very good position, yesterday it was around $ 44k and could not go up due to shares of the same bears. Now the price is around $ 48k and apparently everyone is waiting for it to hit $ 50k.

If buyers sustain the price above $48,144, the BTC/USDT pair could pick up momentum and rally to $51,500 where the bears may again mount a stiff resistance. If bulls can arrest the subsequent decline above the

There are many possibilities that the $ 50k may occur, some are thinking of buying a lot of BTC because it is predicted that it may finally reach the expected target of $ 100k, although I would not trust myself, the rumors that can be formed are many.

There is 10 days left in the month, and 7 days in a week, I do not think that it will matter as much as you think it will matter. However there is one thing for sure, if we keep this increase going we have just a little north of 1k left to reach 50k and that is not really a big deal for bitcoin.

We could do that in a few hours if we want to, bitcoin is like that sometimes where we can be 50k in an hour if there is a big hype or an news or we may not even reach to 49k and start dropping right now and not reach 50k for another year, these things can happen, I am not saying which one will happen because I have no idea which one will happen but I know for sure that we are in a pickle right now. Let's hope that the price increase is not a temporary one and we end up seeing a lot more increases in the future, specifically the days following today.

Actually from my own perspective I don't think bitcoin have a specific directions for it's increment, the price movement is not something someone can trust or deliberate about, using this illustration, bitcoin can be $3 in next five (5) minutes but after twenty four (24) minutes time it will increase or depreciates, so the continuity of cryptocurrency prices is not constant except the market preside it's revolution.

you and all of us know that the market is volatile it can go to $50k tomorrow and drop to $30 the next day
Being volatile on both of the direction is not bad, right? Yeah, it is now up to our skills to make use of the volatile nature of bitcoins. Some people are simply holding and enjoying profits and others are trying catch every swing of the markets and making profits and losses up to their skills levels.

We will touch 100K soon no doubt  Smiley
Yeah, unlike like most other people who had adjusted their speculations on final ATH of current bull run, I am also confident about getting into $100k levels before end of this year.

Maybe it will rise in the near future, we can't know such thing. The price has reached $35.5k now. The most important thing for it to break the $40k resistance again. If it succeeds in it, then we could see the rise continuing.
The crypto market is not stable as the market fluctuates so it is very difficult to say in the right way but looking at the high demand for bitcoin, it seems that bitcoin will soon move to a higher position we have to wait patiently for bitcoin to rise.

We can't see any signals of a green market while unpredictable market still come to existence these days. As I've seen the latest market updates, price again touched at $32k and I'm a little bit worried that it goes down again at $28k or lower. However, when resistance become stronger then let's expect price stabilizes at $35k to $36k.

and now the bitcoin price is stable at $33k, without good news it is very difficult for bitcoin at this time to return to $45k. I believe that currently the bitcoin price is still in a downtrend and the current price is not the lowest bitcoin price. Bitcoin price cycle is not that simple, after a tremendous increase in bitcoin price there will be a lot of people selling bitcoins. most likely after this we will descend much further. get ready
It has to break the barrier of $41k so that it can move on.

But if it won't be seen with the next days to come, then it has to be stable on its price right now. And if the opposite happens and it breaks $28k and lower.

That's what we don't like to see if we're holding not unless you're waiting to buy at lower prices.

$40k is the big mental barrier, it's the next whole numbers that we need to get. Unfortunately, with low trading volumes and hash rate continues to drop, the market will go on sideway patterns and we don't know when we will have a break out run.

This has been the pattern already, I'm not seeing a good bounce this month, so it's just better to hold and wait till the market resumes.
Yeah.

I'm holding and I'm waiting what's next the market will show. If it starts breaking the barrier then we're going to see the FOMO again from buyers and traders.

And that's just the same if it shows lower price.

Bitcoin has had great mobility in the bullish sense, since it has tested the levels of $ 35k, what I really think has been fulfilled, which is that the bulls are testing price and supply levels, by eliminating the offer from the price will rise more stably and safely:

Quote
However, the volume has not yet exceeded the average level, so the pair is consolidating sideways for the second week within the narrowing range. The Bitcoin price fell out of the channel again tonight, but it might be able to test its upper border again in the evening.

In the second half of this week, a false bullish breakout to the $37,150 level is possible. One believes that this level is able to bring the pair back to the support of $32,500.

Source: https://u.today/btc-dot-and-xrp-price-analysis-for-july-7

Maybe it is not a new height but I think that BTC is testing supply levels in prices, it is likely that there will be many movements, it could possibly reach $ 40k quickly.

It's been too long since the market has been running back and forth to 30k+ last month to expect that $45k will ever be going to happen. You might want to give up expecting that price because I believe we are in a correction and is nearly hitting the bear trend soon. I've already gave up thinking there will be a 6 digits price within this year. So i moved my expectations to 2024 for the 6 digits price. Since every halving is a sure bullish market so OP might want to expect that to happen in the next halving.

Price like this will continue to move back and forth until it drops and touch again the $28k down to $20k+.
Nothing is too impossible for bitcoin, that is what 8 years of bitcoin has thought me. Don't get me wrong thinking I am saying it WILL be 45k, I am not saying that, but to say that it won't be is equally silly as well because bitcoin could become anything. It could be 10k or it could be 50k and both are quite possible.

This is how bitcoin works, if you ever think that 45k will never come then you do not understand how crypto works because in the real life bitcoin is something volatile and it does go up and down like crazy, and it doesn't care for any supports or resistance or bulls or bears it basically doesn't care about anything, one day you wake up and it is suddenly 50k, then a month later you wake up and see it at 20k. I mean we went from 10k to 60k in few months, and we went from 60k to 30k in under a month as well, all happened pretty recently.

and now the bitcoin price is stable at $33k, without good news it is very difficult for bitcoin at this time to return to $45k. I believe that currently the bitcoin price is still in a downtrend and the current price is not the lowest bitcoin price. Bitcoin price cycle is not that simple, after a tremendous increase in bitcoin price there will be a lot of people selling bitcoins. most likely after this we will descend much further. get ready

Even BTC does not have the heigths as everyone expects, some of the most negative think that it will not rise any more, in this case BTC is in an eventual bullish trend with a strong correction, in fact it has shown signs of rapid recovery, however the price has not has dropped from $ 30k:

Quote
Conversely, if the price rises from the current level or rebounds off $31,000, the bulls will make one more attempt to clear the overhead hurdle at $36,670. If they manage to do that, the pair may rally to the overhead resistance zone at $41,330 to $42,451.67.

As time goes by he may hit the $ 40,000 mark, however, he cannot be fully trusted because at any moment there can be a strong market movement and the whole scenario can change.
Well week ago Bitcoin hit 40k back but did not last long , instead it happens only just for a day and dumped again.

But seemingly the chance of going back to 40k plus is there as the support keeps on trusting at 35k and above .

Lets see what 3rd quarter bring and what would happen in the next months.

Too early to say that bitcoin will go to that point anytime soon, remember that there's not a lot of good news that is big enough to really consider that bitcoin will be able to go to 45k anytime. Also, why do people call the price 28k a bottom? I don't get it, it's still higher than that of the last year's price.
They call $28k as the bottom because they don't care what value it was last year, they only care about the lowest value that was within this year, which is quite a negative way of looking at the market. If one shows the same attributes in the stocks market, they will never earn anything.

I don't like to comment whether we are moving towards new heights or we are declining towards a new bottom because these are all temporary movements and I seriously believe in the value of bitcoins not the price of it.

After the bottom of $28,000, now to $45,000, will it continue to rise
It's a dream for day traders who want to continuously play between these margins.

We are nowhere near the new heights, sure maybe there could be some increases soon but I doubt that it will be anything we haven't seen before. What I assume will happen is the price going to near 40k levels once again and that's it, I think that will be the end of it and we are not going to see anything higher, after that we will drop once again to 32-33 levels and keep repeating this action until we finally broke one direction or another.

It is just not that simple to make due with what we have right now, if we sell and the price goes up we will lose money, if we buy and price goes down we will lose money, so what people do is hold and the volume is dropping daily. So basically people are confused about what they want to do, it is not an easy job and it will never be an easy job so we are going to have to bare what we are living through and force a way out.

At least there are still a up trend coming from this graph you shared mate.
Maybe it will rise in the near future, we can't know such thing. The price has reached $35.5k now. The most important thing for it to break the $40k resistance again. If it succeeds in it, then we could see the rise continuing.
Drops 33k again today

Because it fluctuates from time to time, it still difficult for us to say for sure, not to mention there are many things that affect the minds of many people on certain issues. However, the strongest point of all, does not rule out the possibility that bitcoin will continue to rise due to its popularity.

There isn't a bottom nor a high price for Bitcoin. All of this designation are temporarily. The value of satoshi is so tiny comparing to dollar which means Bitcoin price will surge in the future to more than 6 digits .

there's a right time for that mate,  but for sure bitcoin right now is gradually gaining strength to increase again in my personal, wherein probably before this month end as it keep showing sign of progress every time when it fluctuate back to the support.  So just be patient. Indeed its been how many attempt that it makes bump in the price , so it means there's possibility it will make good progress any time soon.
That's right buddy, let's be a big support for the progress of this bitcoin again. delete the issues that are not good, so that many support this change.
I see a lot of investors who have started to reinvest and bitcoin will see its light again after a few weeks in the dark.

There is an argument for some positive action but mostly its going sideways and is restricted some by prior pattern selling, most obvious is the 50 day average just nearby.  When thats out of the way it might explore better but for a while its been in a fairly set range of prices and its not left the 30's for a while.

Yes I agree its basically trading sideways on very little volume and traders are getting chopped too bits. Look at how one day we are all bullish and expect new ATHs and the next day we are bearish and expecting to get $20K or even lower. I am pretty sure if we go close to $40K again, everybody will be super bullish and it'll have a false break maybe into $42K and then it'll close back down below the range high and we will go back to the range mid or range low. And then we will most likely also have a false break and then go up again towards the range mid or range high.

I am assuming we will be doing this for the next month or 2. There is very little activity in the markets. People are out there enjoying the beach instead of trading all day. You can tell this by looking at how low the ETH fees are. They are non existant. Even with bitcoins -30% hashrate reduction we didn't have a large mempool. Nobody is using the networks. Very slow summer and need to wait until the fall to get a direction on where we will go next.

The first leg should be the whole number $40,000 before we can talk further.

But since there's a strong resistance along that price right now, we shouldn't expect a new heights at least short time. There's a lot of issues right now, like the hash rate dropped due to the Chinese government pulling the plug to the bitcoin miners.

So it might take some time for the price to rise, probably we might see a positive movement in the last quarter of the year.

Yes, it will continue to rise. But you should not forget that before bitcoin reaches that price again, we may see many corrections coming to bitcoin price, so we need to be careful and if you think you want to buy more bitcoin, you need to analyze before buy. It is better not to panic when the price is up or down because we need to know when to enter the market and do something. Otherwise, you will lose the chance to use that moment for yourself and you will not be able to make a profit.

We have two different situation here rise and fall and i think that is normal, this is crypto and we know that crypto market is always changing due to high on volatility and people are always do buying or selling depending on what they believe if it will rise or fall. I think we will be having another bull run before we enter the month of November.

to 45,000? since when ?  it can't even stay at 35,000 now you are calling it as 45k?

What goes up must come down. It just goes back and forth but now with higher number like $1000 of movement.
Before a $50 is something to be happy about but now they are not contented and they might even call it non volatile anymore if it moves at small amount.  Grin
I'd just ride the wave if you are trying to trade. Just be sure you have the basics before going at war.
what you called this as roller coaster?  Grin

this is a market that dictates by volatility so meaning expect the hype and expect the fall.

but in the end it is the growth that will makes people happy and contented .

After the bottom of $28,000, now to $45,000, will it continue to rise

No. It will not continue to rise to $45k.

Well if it goes to the range high of $41K, I can see it going to $45k. The real resistance will be more in the $56K and the $64K ATH. I think there are many bag holders that bought in the $56K area, who almost lost half their investment who will want to get out at break-even. Even if not break-even they will sell some to lighten their load.

So if we go quickly to $45K, I can see there being resistance in the $50-56K region. Then we might pullback and go back to the $30K's and test it again, and maybe at the end of the year we might go after the ATH again. Right now there is just way too much hype for this to be sustainable in the short term. Maybe in 2022 we will see a new ATH however $100K will be a tough nut to crack.

Yesterday's market move proves these charts don't mean much in short/not so short terms after all. Now a breakout should be happening this week.

No. It will not continue to rise to $45k.

Probably skipping 45K and search for 55K and higher instead, proudhon knows ....

Exactly. Might even decide to skip 2 or 3 marks in each 10k bracket: 38/39/40 then 45/46/47 then 50/51/52 and so on and so forth. The higher price goes the more the extreme rallies will get and the more spots we are likely to skip

How sure are we that it will quickly get back to that price? You can’t be so sure of that, despite that I have seen people who are always making some predictions about Bitcoin starting another bull run and reaching a hundred thousand dollars ($100,000) price , but all these people are not sure about it. That’s just the price they would like to see, so they are just saying it would reach that price without being so sure about it.

So, these are all speculations. But, it wouldn’t be bad if you just Hodl with what you can afford to risk. That way you will be in a good position of making profit when the market finally increases in price.

- chart-

Interesting chart but new addresses growth slowing down still doesn't mean much at the end of the day, it is probably just linked to less transactions happening on chain. I mean, I'm still using the same old 3-5 address for years now (I know, very bad of me but I can't help it) to get everything I get, and maybe every now and then a new address due to change address for a spend.

Adoption wise I guess it's a slowdown.

The answer to this question is "yes" if one believes bitcoin is in a longer-term bull market.
The cryptocurrency market has experienced tremendous volatility in the past. Some researchers who track the market estimate that Bitcoin prices increased or decreased by 5% or more on a daily basis on average. There is no reason to doubt that this will not continue.

Up and down and up and down.
Yes, Bitcoin price should rise. Whether it'll fall or not before that rise, that's something I cannot tell.
Bitcoin's scarcity is meant to make its price rise. So as long as you have the patience and you get over the falls/fluctuations, you should see it rise to new highs.

Just keep in mind: should doesn't mean that it'll certainly will, make your own decisions when investing and don't invest money you don't afford to lose (or keep locked for years)

Yes.

That's really the fate of bitcoin. It gets some correction but it will also be unstoppable to its rise and it's bound to reach back those prices that we've been and then suddenly break the ATH.

As of the time of this reply, the bitcoin price is $34k which is not in coloration with the $45k you mentioned in your post so you may have to edit the thread with the accurate bitcoin price.

Am with high hope that shortly the bitcoin market is going to bounce back to above $50k.

We all have high hopes for the price to give us good wealth to survive the current crisis that's remaking the finance. Bitcoin having a new height will definitely send us out of this rabbit hole but we are yet not going up there. It's a very predictable zone right now because the market had been in the range from $30,000-$40,000 for almost two months. There are positive signs that it will go up and there are also signs that the price will go down.

You probably should add some question mark because I don't think that you are declaring something but you are probably asking a question and to answer your question I presume, with a lot of thing going on that is manly negative on the market, I think that it's still unlikely that bitcoin is going to go back to 45k anytime soon.
I agree with you on this. For me I don't know how soon or quick that rise back to $45k Bitcoin will happen but I do have strong hope for a better price or even a new ATH before the end of 2021 which is basically my target because as you mentioned, there are still too much negative vibes (FUD) around Bitcoin but mostly once most of the miners leaving China can resettle in other countries with better atmosphere to Bitcoin mining and kick of again, it will be fine again.
