We don’t know him and we cannot tell what he’s up to and whether he’s dead or not, and you shouldn’t be assuming.. Just let him be.. You’ve been able to survive the covid19 and that will be the same thing with him.

No one knows the identity behind the name Satoshi Nakamoto, so it is impossible to know if he was still alive before this pandemic even came to the surface and it is also impossible to know if he has been affected directly by this pandemic, however if he was still alive when this pandemic started then the chances he was affected by it are very low, there are 540k deaths because of the pandemic in a world with 7 billion people which means that if Satoshi was alive the chance he died because of the pandemic is 0.0077%.

Nobody knows because until now Satoshi Nakamoto is remains unknown and anonymous. But i doubt if his family knows that Satoshi Nakamoto the creator of a famous Bitcoin is their child. If not,Nakamoto is very shy and secretive. Although we know that covid 19 is virulent,still we don't know if the creator of a valuable digital currency is already dead or still alive. We can't give a conclusion regarding that matter but we hope that he is still alive of course.

We all know that this COVID-19 is affecting everyone and has already caused thousands of deaths and anyone can get infected. But even if you will keep on asking this question, no one can give you an accurate answer because we all don't know whether he is still alive or dead even before the pandemic strike, or even if he got infected by the virus.

There's already a lot of speculation about Satoshi yet we can't confirm anything. I don't really know the purpose why you still asked this question because even us, don't know the answer.

This is the point that when we do not even know who the creators is so presuming of death would be nothing more than foolishness. Also, we are not sure if the creator of bitcoin ins an individual person, or group of people or some companies etc so in such case covid would not impact the death of the nay such individual. Also since we do not know till now or creator does not want to reveal the identity, I am doubtful if the originator will ever reveal it.

Maybe the OP, is wondering of the things that is unimaginable. We don't have any proof about Satoshi Nakamoto's identity if he truly exists, he just only left us with a cryptocurrency that will lasts forever.

You should've just focus on manipulating your own asset rather than wondering the status of Satoshi Nakamoto right now. We don't even know who is Satoshi and most probably he is not in this world and died long ago before the covid-19 pandemic.

Initially i was scared about the virus and that is mainly because people i knew died and everyone was getting infected and i was forced to isolate myself from the general crowd simply because i was afraid but then when i look back the people who died were older people and people who had a history of disease and the statistics support that, if only 13% of people died of a pandemic then it is not that dangerous because the mortality rate is low than we anticipated initially.

As for Satoshi, he died once he left the bitcoin project and does it even matter to speculate about him when we have no idea about who that would be.

I think the quickest way on making a statement about this is a simple "He/She is anonymous", and yes, we all know that you are just saying this because it's just a simple what-if but then again, if the identity is hidden then we will never know if the creator died or is just simply living the simple life of he/she might have died years ago, we will never be sure if we'll be able to identify the Satoshi but hopefully we do.

Honestly I won't blame them, who attacked the OP for his post because it is really a silly idea of him that made them criticize in a harsh way. There are no proof if satoshi is a person or group of people, that's why the community assumed the pseudonym up until now. Even though we still not know the identity, still we are all glad bitcoin still exists and striving even if pandemic still creating damages to crypto industry and to the world economy. Last week, we heard news that some bitcoins have been moved to another address from a dormant address since 2009. Who knows, if it's really satoshi doing that and got him afftected by this pandemic.

In the first place, we don't even know if Satoshi is a single person or not, and to speculate if he's dead will not help since he already decided to stay out of the public, we just need to accept the fact that what makes bitcoin develops is us, Satoshi just lighted the wick, and it is upon us to make bitcoin better in the future. Without his presence moving forward, there's nothing to worry about bitcoin. But if your concern is quite personal to Satoshi himself, I think he would probably be happy that many people is concerned about him. Maybe to take this as appreciation for what he did.

It is hard to tell that the market price of the bitcoin falls down because of this pandemic outbreak we have today. From the start of the year usually on the date of March the whole economy and market fall down. The stock market, fiat currency, and also the cryptocurrency. But the stock market and the fiat only takes time before it makes a huge comeback because some of the country today are having a restriction and lockdown on their places because they want to avoid having trouble and spreading the virus. Many people say that the bitcoin today is one of the safe havens because while the market falls down after a single month the market price of the bitcoin comes back again and reaches for over 10k market value but since the halving comes up we expect the market price of the coin rise up immediately but we made a mistake after few weeks the market price of the coin falls down for over 8.9k dollars and we have now a stable coin for over 9.2k not quite bad because we can have an investment again but in trading, it is hard because the market is still volatile and making stable changes from 9k to 9.2k.

Dead or alive it does not really matter, as long as our bitcoin creator are not going to dump all his coin in one transaction then it does not really matter. If you are going to analyze the market you cannot see that satoshi is dumping any of his coin in large quantity or maybe he dump it long time ago. If that is the case there's no way bitcoin is going to collapse since the distribution of the coin is really good right now.

And it maybe contradicting to my 1st statement but as bitcoin develop on it's own right now, I think satoshi will just going to be a normal whale and even though he sell his coins it's not going to create a huge impact to the market.

I actually find this post a little funny and entertaining. Anyway, there is no way to know if the creator of Bitcoin is now dead due to the power of Covid19 as in the first place there is no way to definitely for sure who is actually the real Satoshi Nakamoto. At first i wish to pray to Almighty God who creates us to save us from this bad Corona situation.
It is surely you should believe that when the people of world become very bad to poor, to helpless, to starve people, God is seeing everything and give some hidden disease or disaster or storm.
Bitcoin creator should be human with blood and flesh but the existence of him or her is not known to all either he alive till now or died many years ago. Bitcoin is now at this stage is very popular. No one knows what will be happened to bitcoin today or tomorrow. All of us should keep thinking about present situation of bitcoin not future cause no one still can give guaranty for bright future of bitcoin. So don't think about satoshi nakamoto, think your next step what you want to do.

Okay , I would like to answer your assumption based on another probable assumption.

Craig Wright is 50 years old right now , note that He is not Mr. SATOSHI no matter what he says , but he does belong to the earlier adopters .

We will consider the age of Mr. SATOSHI to be 50 year old as well +/- 5 years.

This age group is likely to be affected be Corona virus but at the same time the recovery chances are Preety fair .

There is no medical stats to support anything related to Corona virus , but if he was affected , it would have recovered easily from it after good care in a hospital considering he does have Bitcoins , a lot of them.

He is someone who does spend a lot of time on computers and therefore I do think he would be inside for most of the time and this time would be actually beneficial for him , like a dream come true .

So considering the following assumptions , I do think he is perfectly healthy and happy , maybe making a newbie account and reading our comments periodically . (Hi!)

That's a strange topic. You mean to say that Satoshi is dead because of covid-19 ?
We don't even know who is Satoshi and most probably he is not in this world and died long ago before covid-19 pandemic.

First of all, we do not know if the creator of bitcoin is still living in this world or not. And if so, who would know if he/she is infected already with ncovid virus? Or if he or she is a survivor?

And this doesn't affect crypto market. We have been surviving without the creator itself. The most significant thing is that the one he created which is bitcoin is still growing and developing. And that, it was known by many people now and use it for blockchain and digital payment purposes.

Until now, we have no idea if he is really existing or it is just a code name. We really don't have any news about him, he doesn't have a social media accounts and it is really hard to find him around the world. Maybe if he truly exists, he will not die from the Covid-19 because he's rich enough to prevent and make himself away from the virus. But still it is hard to say that because there are people who are rich enough but still got infected by this virus. No one is safe, this virus is very lethal to all of us, on one is exempted to it. I hope that if Satoshi is still alive and living a peaceful, he is doing well and fine so that he can still see his creation "bitcoin" growing around the world.

It doesn't matter whether he is alive or dead. For 10 years he didnt showed up and bitcoin is still going up. I m sure if he didnt showed up for the rest of his life there is hardly any impact of his presence on bitcoin. Since he cant manipulate bitcoin , so he is just like a member of community.

Death can come to anybody in any form, and before Covid-19 outbreak, lots of people were still dying due to the different causes, we were not counting.
When you do not even know his identity then it does not matter whether he is dead or alive.

Satoshi again on his identity and bitcoin is all well. Covid-19 has come and taken lives just like many other disease have done and still doing, nothing is new. The identity of satoshi is not related to covid-19 because the issue satoshi has been a discuss and will continue after covid-19 is off. The question is, does btc look dead to you @op! Maybe when you take a good look at btc performance this past few months than you can generate your answer from there, incase you don't know, btc out perform many other sectors businesses and will still continue to do so with or without Satoshi, and nobody can tell if Satoshi died in covid-19 or not.

Another thread about satoshi death. Short answer is even we don't know who is the person so how could we imagine if he is effected by covid-19 or he was dead. But since he is a human like us so it's possible that he could be effected as well. If you ask me about dead impact then nothing will happen, because I already told you we don't know the person so there is very less possibility to revealed his identity after death. But if he revealed himself before death then his death will impact on bitcoin obviously. Community would broke for sometimes and probably that's why satoshi didn't revealed himself.

Up until now, no one has seemed to recognize the person behind that pseudonym. In view of this, Satoshi hides himself from the public which means that we can't have any access to information about him. Thus, it will be difficult to find if he's alive or the specific reason why he's dead. The pandemic affects our lives negatively, so we should just focus on how we can survive it. We should just respect his decision and be thankful for his wonderful creation because it has given us a lot of opportunities.

Stop speculating about Satoshi and enjoy the gift he gave to this community. Why do you want to know about him? If he wanted this limelight he would have never stayed anyomous. Let him remain as he wanted it to be.

I am sure where ever he is he is safe and under self quarantine. There is nothing you can do about this virus, the only way you can keep yourself and your family safe is by following social distancing rule, washing your hands and keeping yourself in self quarantine if possible.

Have you got the news stating the Bitcoin Creator(whoever it is) died for any reason?
Probably not and we don't know anything about the creator who just faking his/her name as Satoshi. And even the creator will die (in fact, it dies already for a very long time coz we've never seen it) still, it never has an impact on the market. There is no need to worry and think about the existence of the creator. Yet, we are already standing our own, and that because of the support from the community.

Did you know anything about his existance? Did anyone knew it (except 1-2 person, maybe...)? No, so he doesn't exist for us, he is just a Legend. So what doesn't exist can't have any impact on anything.
And according to your text, there is another subject fronted, Covid-19. How many people are leaving? Btw why aren't famous people dying because of this disease? Why most of them don't wear mask and don't keep much attention on social distance? Don't tell me that they are heroes. Maybe you'll blame me but what gives us a reason to say that statistics provided by them is correct? Do you know how much people die in a day in Italy for example? More than 1500 a day on average. Mostly people with age 70 and higher were dying and almost half of dead ones had three or even more health conditions. And in overall 99% had existing illness. I don't think there was live statistics of daily death along with deaths caused by covid and etc. There are a lot of reasons why I don't share a lot of opinions about this virus and I'll write about it in near future.

I don't think that Satoshi's death would create a huge impact on Bitcoin, For sure most of us would pay respect and mourn but the fact that Satoshi's absence didn't change anything so I guess we would just be sad and have some regret or something like that.
