Going through their website and features, it does not appear to be a scam.
It is just adding some features and changes to Bitcoin like anonymity and big blocks.
There are already many coins trying to take advantage of the popular name of Bitcoin
so it is just one more in the list.

If I want to confuse people and make them buy my new altcoin, I would call it BitcoinXX (for example) and launch it in a period of confusion like now when there is a fork every month creating new Bitcoin.
On top of that, I could say that the maximum supply would be 21 000 000 0000 just so if you read too fast then you are absolutely sure it is related to the original BTC.
