Well you are right they are offline...

but their http://support.bitsimple.com still works so you can send them a ticket with a question.

Well this is strange but perhaps they will explain that situation soon..

Hmm. Helpdesk seems offline too I was trying to enter their LiveChat but it was not possible.

.. they didn't post anything on Twitter .. well you need to give it a time.
