and they actually do customer support, and its quick and friendly ..... so far from Gox you couldn't imagine.

i think not just a "good place" but the best place we have so far..

it's a great exchange, no issues whatsoever. I consider it the best from my experience.

Im in Canada and I was looking at Canadian Virtual Exchange too
It's OK. They require proof of ID and proof of residence before you can do anything. All well and good if you have it but if you don't have a document with your address on such as they desire then it's a terrible exchange and one to be avoided.
