seem like all of u get me wrong, the point that I didnt get their response for 3 years. I was totally forget about it until now I just logged in and found out about that. I mean even if they are not going to recover it for me at least they should have tell me something but not just ignore it like this.

You're kidding, right? 3 years? First of all, you've already been told that if it's your mistake, you don't usually get it back, so I don't know what you're expecting after three years. But then again, the casino doesn't have a very good reputation around here, so if you haven't got anything in 3 years you can forget about it.
I don't think they are scamming but just not caring about the mistake of members that it's clearly their own. I'm just saying facts that if you send a coin on the wrong address, it's your fault. You need to double check. Yes, it's possible to be recovered but I don't think that's the top priority of them. Imagine it's 3 years already.

I have not read Bitvest rules concerning sending the wrong coin to an address, but what I know is that most exchanges and other platforms have a warning that says to send only the right coins and any wrong coin sending will be at the sender's loss.Examples of sending LTC to a Bitcoin addres
