Blockchain.info just concluded a stress test and i guess it is now better than before but what you encounter might also be as a result of your home internet network because it happened to me also.

No, blockchain is not conducting a stress test. For the past couple of days, an individual has been conducting a malleability attack on the network, and the outcome are the missing and double transactions found on blockchain.info, as well as other explorers.

If you are completely unfamiliar with the issue, essentially someone is broadcasting each transaction after it takes place separately, so that if his malicious transaction is processed first, the original transaction is not processed, and the wallets and explorers do not broadcast the transaction as taking place at all.
Thank you for this wonderful information, all this while i was thinking this is been done by blockchain.info.

Blockchain.info wallet is buggy as hell lately. I wonder how people can cope with this and continue using it. It seems to me that every day we have a new thread about the problematic blockchain.info wallet.

I would get sick and tired after some time and just start using something else. I guess people are just afraid of the change.

If it's any consolation I've been using blockchain wallet without any problems for as long as I can remember. Only ever used Core/QT and BlockChain, that'll change once I get my trezor..

I know someone who just the other night, sent 20 USD in bitcoin to a site using their wallet, then tried spending the rest of his balance a few minutes later - The buggy web wallet proceeded to create a double-spend, (by trying to spend the same bitcoins twice) and the user had to wait until the next day to get his 190 USD balance back - only the 20 went through successfully.  Tongue

If you search on reddit, you'll find countless people who have lost funds using that wallet service, either from hacks, bugs, or bci.info making it very easy to send the funds in the miner's fee box and get them reversed (that usually never ends well, of course)!...  Roll Eyes

Oh yeah, once you get your trezor, you will never touch that site's wallet service again! Wink

Nothing's new. Most of the time, blockchain.info shows incorrect data in their site due to some attacks on their services. If you want you can use other blockchain parser, I recommend you to use blockr.io.

Nothing is lost, its just an attack on the network that confuses wallets and services. Contact support, they should be able to restore your balance. AFAIK electrum is not immune to this attack either.

The wallets from this site are starting to be broken, today it broadcasted several times this kind of transactions when i tried to send a common tx:

https://blockchain.info/tx/78c92da3ad590696d67e59e5655e07c0c4f3f41ca8fb2d12ee7ebf5064cbba94

https://blockchain.info/tx/ccc7a7faa74ffe79d89768d7846edc57ece9d80296856e70651387499c72f357

This wallet doesnt work anymore, stay away from it, im importing the priv keys to electrum because following what the blockchain balance said, now i had been missing a couple of bitcoins stucked somewhere on "limbo".

And then it flagged the destinatary address as "double spend"

https://blockchain.info/address/1J9JJh4d4vxcJDERxnGdqAcSC6cvwCSdhe

when it was their mere client who broadcasted those txs!! .
