Sometimes this happens when I open it too often to monitor my transactions. Just wait a few moments until it can be accessed normally again, IP is not blocked. It may take several times to change your IP if you don't want this to happen.

I can also visit the site without any problem.
Perhaps they've been rejecting your connection because of "bad IP", it happened to me a year ago with my previous ISP.

That is what are been thinking of
That might caused the problem
Bad IP address.
May be is using phone to access it

It's unlikely that you had problem with your IP. I doubt a specific IP would be blocked by blockchair for any reason. Have you tried clearing your browser cache? I think that would work. Couple of days ago, I had the same problem with blockchain.com too and after clearing cache, everything worked fine.
AFAIK, the new IP blacklist has been released to companies and there is an irritating captcha requirement for suspicious IP addresses. Common VPN and DDOS blacklist IP addresses are ignored by crypto-related websites nowadays. Checking downforeveryoneorjustme will give an idea of how to solve the problem.

Okay thanks, it works fine from desktop. It may be an IP problem. I changed the IP and it's fine now on mobile.

Literally tried opening Blockchair's website on a dozen browsers both on my phone and my desktop without any problem, even including Tor. And if I can successfully open a website through Tor, it's going to be unlikely due to IP issues. It's most likely an outdated or screwed up browser issue.

Works for me currently and I've never got that.
At least for me, when Blockchair rejets an IP it's showing something like "too many requests from your IP" or simlar.

I would say it's most likely a browser issue like o_e_l_e_o said, so switching to another one could solve it if it's a browser issue

For future reference, just stick the URL in to either of these:

https://downforeveryoneorjustme.com/
https://status.ws/

Try accessing it on a different browser on your phone. If it doesn't work on either browser, then most likely it's a problem with your IP address as nc50lc has said. If it works on the second browser but not on the first, then try clearing your cookies and cache on the first browser. Also make sure the browser is updated to the latest version.
