It's most probably a scam. Why don't you use trusted escrow in this forum? If your deal is BTC related...
I am doing a deal with a guy and we are using btcrow, i got a email from them now he says i need to send him the money on paypal is he trying to scam me?
I know of this policy
but I dont know how they handle paypal, or even if they do, I would double check everything, it all should be done through the site, you should get nothing through e-mail.
I hope someone here can clarify better for you, I have used BTCrow in the past and almost got scammed on my first go, btcrow could see the attempt and stayed on my side, I have no problems with the site or owner.
