chase quickpay is still using FIAT.... i guess when you learn bitcoin is not about FAST transactions, and is more about the other 99 benefits bitcoin has. you will see chase quickpay and applepay are not competing. but could actually help people get into bitcoin faster (within 5 minutes as oppose to 3-5 days).

imagine the arbitrage opportunities if you could move funds between exchanges in seconds-minutes as oppose to days-week
The fact that chase quickpay uses Fiat does not matter. The fact that a quickpay is able to be reversed and is "controlled" by chase is the important fact.

I believe that quickpay transactions are actually provisionally available right away to the receiver however the receiver remains to have a risk of the payment being disputed in the future

No.

Chase QuickPay is a threat to paypal as is is very similar to paypal and is a competitor to paypal. It is also similarly reversible and relies on a central authority (chase) to keep track of your balance

Is my company's private intranet a threat to the HTTP protocol?

No it is not.

Brilliant +1

The truth is none of these can imagine doing what bitcoin can do, otherwise they would have done it Smiley
