you got explained in the previous post and was satisfied with them replying? though you were looking for a refund of something like that
I don't think they will refund me because I understand them and their support service response , which is annoying , .
Now I think , the thread needs to be locked because no other matter related with this topic .

Hi Prajapati,

Thank you for reaching out to us.

It is possible to have asian handicap bet on both players in the game. Since Serena Williams was the favourite, she was given an asian handicap disadvantage(-5.5) while Belinda Bencic, being the underdog, was given an advantage (+4.5) on the final outcome of the game. Thus, there was no error regarding the asian handicaps provided on the players.

If there's anything else I can do for you, please let me know.

Best regards,

Brandon Moher

OK, I understand the situation now,

-7.5 means the player will win 7 and a half "and since there is no half game" then will win by 8 games is a win and 7 is a loss (There is -7 where 7 is a tie and -8 where 8 is a tie)
+6.5 means the player will lose by 6 games at most and a loss with 7 games is a loss
There are the global spread rules, you can view them in any sportbook etc... just search it
The game between jennifer Brady v Maryna Zanevska ended 6-3 6-2 for jennifer (Therefore 3 and 4 = 7)

http://www.sofascore.com/brady-zanevska/DAqsyVv

Therefore jennifer won by 7 games and lost the -7.5 and Maryna lost by 7 games therefore the +6.5 loses

if you wanted a tie, you needed the same value at both sides, it's the same but in seconds the spread changes in live betting, so even if you placed one and until it confirmed etc... the spread has moved and it became a one game higher/lower

Really tough loss though the only situation where both will lose...
actually it nots happen only with 0.003 bet two time but also with 0.001 bet 7-8 time and all get lost... that is only scam .

Can you show us a screenshot of your bet history and clicking the scroll down button to show all slip details?
Personally I am using them for a while (~1 year) and other than a bet taking around a day to grade, haven't had any issues although their support is almost non-responsive.
You did bet both the options in only a 2-option game? "and same set, quarter, game etc...? if that's the case then it deserves a review but to confirm that a screenshot of the bets is necessary..
wait just 5-10 minute I will show screenshot here through a link .

I had made bet of 0.003 two time for two player of the same game and same bet question and in same period of set .
Bet bet was on handicap out of the two players  .
So at last at the result of the game there should be either one of them will be handicap but the cloudbet showed both bet loss .
It mean the word we are using that live sport betting has no house edge factor then how is this possible then one site can change the result of the game for particular player Sad

No matter that I lost the both bet and even after winning there was no much profit for me , but here it clears that the site is scamming us because handicap is a surity event that will happen whether any player win/loss
