Well even if they do respond to you and provide you with a refund, it's probably not a good idea to use them right now. It's quite an old website and there aren't any guarantees that they will function correctly right now.

You'd probably get a better deal if you went onto paxful and looked for starbucks gift cards with receipts.

But do watch out for scammers that try to get you carded starbucks GCs.

Update: I contacted Matt Luongo, the principal of FoldApp. He says:

Sorry for the trouble! I'm looking into this.
I'll let you know more when I hear more.
Don't hold your breath, they've owed me $15 since last November.

Yeah is a scam.  It used to work but they fell apart.  They have a twitter account.  You'll get better replies if you post complaints on twitter.  It's public, they have to respond.  Avoid this website.

There is someone above i think already had experience in that site so maybe this site is scam ..
But it is better to get more reviews from others and much faster result test it with small amount so that you can not be lose a big amount. .

They seemed to be working fine for a while, but my latest purchase of a $25 Starbucks card never happened, and they fail to respond to my email messages. Has anyone else been able to reach them?

Foldapp owes me $35 in Starbucks coffee.  They won't respond to my support emails.  I sent them BTC back in Nov.  Is worth way more than $35 now.  Don't do business there.  They are a failed company.  Until my money is restored, they're crooks in my book.

They are no longer active. They terminated their services back in August. Check out digital goods section to buy Cards instead from reputable sellers.
Yup, was just about to post this. They are not terminated but just inactive right now.
From the site "Sorry, Fold is down right now. We'll be back soon!
Follow us on Twitter for updates."

Probably. It seems like a nice service with a good plan, and the starbucks thing is their first test thing. What really happens is that your buying a SB gift card I believe. Anyway, I checked their twitter and didn't seem to find any complaints (https://twitter.com/fold_app) A post on cointelegraph had Fold listed, and the comment section didn't have anyone complaining either. Anyway, they should be safe for small amounts.

Thanks for researching that. I also came across a btctalk post which said they could be using a carded SB card, which was my only concern. Will probably try out a small amount today and report back here.

I was thinking of buying some starbucks with bitcoins and was wondering if the site coffee.foldapp.com is legit ? Couldn't find much information about it.
