Here is an okay definition of it. Basically, people who dislike a website/host will overload servers with requests to slow it down/take it down for a short period of time. No, it's not necessarily bad and data isn't leaked during it.

So it was not only my browser. They have CloudFlare's Always Online system that even it is off let the person who visit the site to surf on a snapshop of a site. But this doesn't let me to go my account.

It seems like it goes off and on frequently. And even when it is on I am not able to enter my account.

For me the site is very slow, it takes too long to open, already passed 5 minutes and the site does not process anything, it's all white.

I think it must be some problem they have, I hope to correct as soon as possible.

already had a lot of scam websites in just one month, I hope this is not another that turns scam.
