I never had any issues with Coinsbank. I think that they can now be considered a responsible bitcoin company after all this time of operations without any major issues. Good to see that OP had his issue resolved in the end!  Wink

Coins Bank staffs on this forum are doing just what they are paid to do, muddy the water so more victims will fall for their scam. My review is based on facts and I will be more than happy to post all my communication with them here for all to see. I'm just like a lot of people who tried to withdraw our money in US dollars, never received the money and Coins Bank have a way of shifting the blame to the Customer. The money I attempted to withdraw by wire transfer was rejected by my bank and sent back to Coins Bank because it did not have a valid account number. My bank provided them the transaction number and the date of the return. The people at coinsbank withheld the money and have been trying to shake me off. Upon research, I discovered so many people have fallen victim too. Some tried withdrawing through western union and still did not get their money.  I also discovered that Coinsbank has no physical address, no real phone numbers and the address listed on their website is used by over 1,600 companies. No one answers the skype number on their site,  PEOPLE, HOW DO THESE FACTS NOT RAISE RED FLAGS FOR A FINANCIAL COMPANY???

You have posted lot`s of bad notes about CoinsBank (as you have promised if the issue will not be solved), but as I have promised you we will solve the problem (which is actually not from our fault, you have mentioned wrong address for transferring money and that is why the issue exists).

My question is, is the bolded part of their response true?

If yes then this is technically your fault. They could have just attempted to send the transaction and said that they've paid you but instead they have gone to the lengths of helping you out. If what they said is true, then you really have no right to complain here.

I've used coinsbank back when it was Bit-x and never had issues. Transacting at least a couple of bitcoins on there without problems. I can assure you that they aren't doing this on purpose, they spent like 50 BTC at the least promoting their site at the beginning.

I never had issues withdrawing my money personally but fiat was never involved, always crypto and not that much. Trading volume they have is also decent (a couple of millions) which makes it unlikely for them to scam unless the amount you are trading is big enough and I think It's the case as you want to take some legal actions, so what's the amount involved here If I may ask?

Thank you for your review.
Much appreciated.

I'm sorry if this has been your experience. Could you perhaps post a more detailed explanation of the incident and ideally reformat your post to fit the preferred scam accusation one?

There's Coinsbank staff in this forum so you're likely to be getting some feedback with the right amount of attention.

Thank you for demanding more details, proves and not supporting faulse reviews.
Much appreciated.

Dear Ramesh,
Just like me and countless others, Coinsbank have stolen our money. For more than 3 weeks they have taken my $1,267.00 when I tried to wire it. Customer service are scam artists and often don't read your ticket.
Please go to there Facebook page and post a nasty review. It gets to them more.
Good luck.
 Kenneth

Kenneth, it`s Kristina.

As we are trying to help you, to fix that mistake please be so kind not to tell people false.
Coinsbank doing a big thing and help people trade, earn profit and get the cash from cryptocurrencies with the help of debit cards. Millions of happy customers who don`t care about forums and will never go to write a review, they just use the service because it works.
Before you havent an issue you haven`t left any good reviews.
So I hope you understand that your feedback is not honest to the very end.

It's been more than a week I am trying to get help on this, neither I am able to trade nor am I able to withdraw funds. This is really frustrating as my funds are completely blocked and I do not have any ETA on my request. Really appreciate if you could provide ETA on the same.
You, 12.05.2017 05:12:14
How is this considered resolved ? I still don't have option to withdraw funds and I don't see any explanation ?
You, 12.05.2017 13:40:09
Dear Ramesh,

We inform You that we have not indicated that we are trading with trading pair BTC/AUD.
You can change AUD into GBP and then trade in the pair EUR/GBP.
