from the first time I opened the site, I realized it was a scam. Based on my experience, most of the sites with domain extension "cc"  are based on a scam. I have searched and investigate the websites in a few places, according to the results the site is probably scam. The minimum amount of money required to withdraw money is confirming this fact. That's my point.

I have btc sitting there. When I try to withdraw it says I need to deposit .015 to withdraw it because of Bots.
If you ask for a deposit, then you did not deposit money into the exchange, but received an internal transfer, any exchange, asks to deposit new users.
This could be avoided - write to those support, with you contact you confirm your account, where the translation came from, an inward translation.
AND GETS QUIETLY PAYMENT.
Above unsubscribed clowns that have no idea how and where to invest.
With that there is operational support, I was asked for confirmation by phone number and confirmation of the user who transferred the money to my account. And I did not deposit.

Sounds like a scam to me. Why would you need to deposit .015BTC in order to withdraw? Just because of Bots?
Forgot you bitcoins there and I hope you don't deposit that .015BTC otherwise its a double whammy on your end.

I have .19 btc on it.

Sorry to bust it but.. you're pretty much likely screwed. It's very very likely that you fell for those bitcoin "investment" scams. Next time, before investing good amounts of money, make it a habit of doing research first. Expensive mistake, I guess.

It is indeed a ponzi scheme so I hope you don't have much BTC sitting over there. It has been listed as a scam on several websites (by doing a google search). So like mjglqw has said: get out now!

I really don't know if that site is legit, but for it to ask you to deposit 0.015 BTC just to be able to withdraw is really really fishy. How much money did you deposit in the first place? and why?

EDIT: good lawd. It looks like it's one of those "investment" sites. Get out.
