Did someone ever order a miner from this Hong Kong based website? How was your experience?

Not me but the negative reviews from cryptocompare looks real (https://www.cryptocompare.com/mining/miner-bros/). If you wanna go further, you can try to get in touch with them, ask for proofs, make them to write it here or something.

The reason why is they don't follow the patterns of the fake positive reviews there. Take a look and and they are either a combination of first name+last name or first name+last name+numbers and all their pictures are blurred. Now that can't be just a huge coincidence.

this topic ---> https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/cryptominerbros-4832962 enough to judge that this site is not reliable.
Three responses from newbie accounts, there is no trust ratings for the company even though they have been around for more than two years.
There is no reason to use them especially with so many alternatives.

Limited in number. Limitless in potential.

There's no enough info can be seen on google instead of questions like your. Check this thread from 2018 cryptominerbros? and here Online Hardware Store Check (please help)

And seems you can't find a positive review/talk about them, more are just cautious response. You can find some offer on Hardware Boards, just don't forget to use an escrow for a safety transaction.

They have many footprints on internet and also many website listed them especially coinwarz and asicminervalue.

[Edit] it's better preferred to Buy From Directly Manufacturer First.
