1) How  much time does it take for Google to de-index deleted content n this forum ?

It looks like they were deleting the posts just before reposting them so that's not such a big issue.

another new method used by account farmers to abuse the system eh?
since those accounts already high rank, they don't care about total activity and rank up
but they are trying to maximize their weekly earnings (weekly post count) by reusing old post Lips sealed
that sounds smart but very unethical, it's going to be very hard for campaign manager to monitor and catch this

I asked a while ago about a slightly different scenario where a user was reposting stuff just to have the last word in a discussion and here's what theymos had to say about it:

If they're doing that in a way that is substantially annoying, or in order to bypass rules such as the bump limit, then it's not allowed.

Regular mods can't see posts deleted by users. Only admins can.

IIRC the problem was that the repost happened fairly quickly so the old post wouldn't be in Google's cache yet.

What an interesting catch is this ? Finding such cases can be tricky and depends on following factors:

1) How  much time does it take for Google to de-index deleted content n this forum ?

2) One can still see those posts on wayback machine but it will be a lot of work. This will be impossible for staff to track all such cases using this site.

I'll have to look into it before I act, but people have been banned for just copying their own posts or reposting them after deleting them because it's pure spam and obvious cheating just for your signature campaign. How often are they doing this? Continually? How much of a gap is there between making the post, deleting it, then reposting it on another account? You should probably tag the accounts at least if you believe them to be cheating.

It's nothing to do with bumping as they are not back to back posts. It is a Welsh said spamming, they're posting the same stuff over and over but getting away with it by deleting the evidence.

The bumping 24 hours after the previous bump is allowed in the rule if the old bumps are deleted, so from this point of view they, or alts by one person, do not seem breaking the rule, while the rule do not mention if the use of alts for bumping is legit or not.  However, there is no reason to use alts for such bumping and if the main reason for the bumps is to increase their post counts for signature campaign, it sounds like breaking the rule.  If you do not get your report handled, it would be good to let the bounty manager to know this.

Unnecessary spam which only has the effect of bumping the topic for what ever reason. You could probably report it for low quality content. It wouldn't really come down to plagiarism if they are copying their own posts, however if they appear to be using other peoples posts then it would be hard to determine from an outside view whether they own those accounts so would probably fall under plagiarism.  I don't see the point of deleting posts that far back, and posting them again.

Report it with the archive included, and see what the moderator dealing with it thinks.

I reported the first one as plagiarism as the old post was from another user and gave the link to my post in the copy paste thread as the reference but it has stayed unhandled. That's why I wanted to clarify the rules. The main thing here is they seem to be doing the same thing with all their posts, it's not just a one-off. Presumably, the signature campaign is counting posts in the current week and not the all-time total post count so they can just reuse the same stuff over and over.

I came across user taxmanmt5 when they posted in a thread I watch and I was sure I had already read the exact same thing. When I searched for it I found it had indeed already been posted in the same thread by another user but it had now been deleted.

See https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/m.40158216 for more details.

Today I had time to look more closely and it seems that everything taxmanmt5 posts is something that either they themselves have already posted in that thread and just deleted or one of presumably their alt accounts posted and deleted.

Example posted yesterday.

The reason why we should invest in Bitcoin Or Ethereum ?
I think that all of invester have the same goal. Investing in Bitcoin in the hope of taking advantage of future price increases is as simple as buying Bitcoin on an online exchange. When the price increases, it means that we get profit. More and more profit! Moreover, bitcoin transactions are subject to few regulatory oversights, which makes transactions fast and headache-free.
What do you think?
How many other reason for this question, please let me know!
Thank you very much.

I myself bought both coins after studying them. I know something that the price may fall,  but its just a temporary effect . After going down it will start increasing its value. These two coins never disappoint. They can bless you with huge profit. Just take a chance and buy now before it too late.
